House Of Tans Overdrafted my Bank Account, Careless Attitudes, Incompetency Port Richey Florida

I've been tanning with House of Tans for almost 2 years and I'm sad to say I will be cancelling after the hell I've been put through by this company. I tan 3-5 times a week and although I'm happy with the service they provide their customer service skills are horrendous. My account was somehow cancelled without my knowledge by someone who no longer works for the company and when the staff finally recognized the problem after having issues everytime I went to tan being asked if I cancelled and me saying no. There way of fixing their own employees mistake was to charge me for 4 months of tanning in one day.

Not only did they do this on a saturday they refuse to put the money back or have anyone contact me about the issue.....Not only did they overdraft my bank account and cause me to be short with my personal bills they refuse to take responsibility for their own mistakes. I suggest if you tan here to not get a V.I.P Membership because they will fraudulently charge your account and refuse to put the funds back. Also they have one girl who I assume is the manager of 5 different locations becasue they won't let you speak to anyone else to resolve your complaints.

It is my belief since I work in customer service/sales for Devoted Creations which sad to say is affiliated with House Of Tans....if your make a mistake than that is at cost to your company not to the customer, if I over charged someone or in some way inconvienenced them I would make up for that not tell the customer thats just how it is sorry my employees are incompetent but were gonna make you pay for that......Wow is all I can say to this incident and lesson learned.
