HOUSE OF WONG, DEAD COCKROACH FOUND IN CHINESE FOOD!!! AHHH! Scarborough Ontario Canada

Hi! Earlier this evening, my friend and I ordered Chinese food from The House Of Wong in Scraborough. I had ordered 2 vegetarian meals (mixed vegetables and tofu, and mixed veggies with almonds), and my friend ordered a dinner for one (that contained meat products). Because we ordered 2 containers for myself, I was unable to eat much out of either container, and refridgerated the food until about 1am, when I went back to eat more.... only to discover a very strange coloured item amongst the vegetarian food!!! AHHH!

Upon closer inspection, I discovered that this was a COCKROACH!!!! AHHHH! All cooked up and smushed into my meal! This was absolutely HORRIFYING, as I have been a strict vegetarian (almost vegan) for close to 2 years! I have also contacted the Public Health Agency of Canada, but I feel this should be made more public IMMEDIATELY, as I am unsure of how quickly the place will be inpected and shut down completely!

I DO NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO EAT THIS FOOD! In order for a cockroach to jump into a cooked meal, it would have to be sitting openly on a counter, and must have been cooled down before the roach would even go near it, which brings me to my next question..... HOW LONG WAS THIS FOOD SITTING OPENLY AND UNHEATED ON THE COUNTER BEFORE BEING RE-HEATED AND DELIVERED TO ME?????

This goes beyond just being a health issue! These people are knowingly serving food that is not fresh, and that is definitely a moral issue these people are somehow managing to ignore. And I am sure they are aware of the cockroach problem they have, too! DISGUSTING! No one should be paying these people for another meal, and I want them shut down IMMEDIATELY!

I have not yet contacted them, as I do not want them to clean up the problem before it has been inspected. Is this the right course of action, and what should I do next??? I want to sue them, and I feel I am obligated to make sure this DOES NOT happen to anyone else! I will be making many contacts tonight, and will continue to make my best efforts known so that they are unable to serve another meal to unsuspecting customers.

Please tell me how I can get this situation dealt with! I am so sick to my stomach knowing that I paid for something so disgusting!!!! Please contact me asap if you know what action I should take next!!
