Household Auto Finance Company ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam Baltimore Maryland

Household Auto Finance company specializies in granting credit to those with less then perfect credit. The pretense is that by financing an auto loan with very high interest rates and making your payments on time they will help rebuild your credit.
The problem is that they do not give you a coupon book, thus making you dependent upon a monthly statement. My car payment is due on the 30th of each month however, they do not mail my statement out until the 25th. My payments are then late adding additional late fees to any already over inflated loan. In the process ruining my credit even further.
I have been unable to get results through phone calls or e-mail. They have a great scam going and I guess they don't feel like they owe their customers an answer.
