DUE TO LOUSY SERVICE I CALLED HHBK @9:20 A.M. NOV 26,2002 TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. THEY DIRECTED ME TO SUPERVISOR "DEBBIE" & SHE TOLD ME TO DESTROY THE CARD & SHE'D REFUND ME THE BALANCE IN THE ACCOUNT ( $186.24 ) I DESTROYED THE CARD, SHE SENT THE $186.24 & MY DEC ACCT STATEMENT REFLECTED THE ZERO BALANCE.
THEN LATE IN FEB 2003 I RECEIVED THIS BILL FOR $282.XX FROM HHBK & CALLED TO INFORM THEM THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED IN NOV - SO ANY CHARGES WOULD BE UNAUTHORIZED. - THEY HAVE IGNORED ALL OF MY CALLS AS WELL AS WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE FOR THE PAST 18 MONTHS!! WHILE ADDING $35.00 LATE CHG & $29.00 OVER LIMIT CHG EACH MONTH SO THE BILL IS NOW OVER 1,000.00!!
I AM TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO SUE THIS COMPANY FOR NOW DAMAGING MY CREDIT REPORT WITH THIS!
