Household Finance Corporation Beneficial Rude and dishonest behavior Cummings Nationwide

Household Finance has a very rude and dishonest employee by the name of Ted West. He has called my family several times and talked rude to them. On several occasions he has told my father that he did not raise me in the right way. Ted West has also demanded that my mother give out personal information about me. Now he is calling me at work. I attempted to talk to Mr. West and asked him to stop personal attacking my family, however he hung up the phone on me.

He also stated that my father was not telling the truth about how he was talking to them. Mr. West even made fun of my family's last name before hanging up on me.
He has turned this from a business transaction into a personal issue. I can't believe that Household Finance allow him to get away with such behavior. The next step is to report him to the North Carolina Attorney General Office for possible legal actions.
