Sold my house to HouseMax at the middle of October,Jason said he wanted to start to work right away,so my husband gave him the key.The house was closed at the end of October, two weeks later we received hundreds of dollars multiple utility bills, the accounts have never been transferred.

Emailed Jason,he said he sold the house to somebody else,he's never taken possession of the property, suggested me to contact the title company to get the buyer's information.

1,He received the key right away, then my former neighbor called me asked about what's going on in that house since all kinds of people were working there.

2,the house was closed at two weeks later, sold to somebody else, never taken possession is not ture.

3,No title company will give customer's information to someone has nothing to do with their business.

As a landlord,I never shut down the utilities to the new tenant,I know people who's moving in need them right away and turn them back on takes time. All my new tenants always transfer those accounts on time, and they were just individuals,I thought HouseMax is a formal company, but the experience with them is more like eating flies.

False Report

AUTHOR: Owner - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, January 26, 2017

I got this complaint 2 months after the deal closed. The person that's actually making this report is not the person I dealth with or had an agreement with. I have no idea who sells a house and doesn't turn the utilities off when they move, let alone for 2 months. I made several attempts to resolve this issue but I don't feel like I'm at fault. I did everything I said I would do in the contract. I would be more than happy to provide a copy of that contract for evidence.

This post is incorrect when it states in Kansas City when the property I bought that's in question is in Blue Springs. Again, I will provide anyone with documentation regarding the communications between the owner and myself. It's apparent that him and his wife don't always have the same opinon. The information she provide is not correct at all. I gave her the information to contact to get the issue resolved. She never called them. She just blamed this whole situation on me and blaming me for her not turning off the utilities off when she sold the home.

When I contacted the owner he said it was his wife that posted this complaint and he was sorry that he was happy with the transaction he wasn't sure why his wife was acting like this. I have several happy customers and here's a couple video interviews and some testimonials of what people think of my company and the service I provide. Please take this in consideration and delete this negative rating on my company.
