HouseValues.com; JustListed.com; House Values, Inc. Breach of Contract by requiring Realtor to follow up with sellers already represented by contract which is a violation of NAR code of ethics as well as Arizona State Law Kirkland Washington

I was contacted by House Values, Inc. and was told that the leads given were, "well qualified" and there was a nationwide 1-in-6 closing rate.

After receiving many bogus leads and people just wanting to refinance or values for equity lines I was very dissapointed. After receiving 2 leads that were for homes that were already listed, I complained to the customer service center by phone an e-mail.

I cancelled due to their breach and threatened them not to charge my credit card. They did not charge the card but sent me to collections with RPM which had to be notified twice that their agents were violating collection laws before they stopped calling numberous times a day. One agent said that all they do is collect for House Values!

My next step if I can get the documentation is to file in small claims court for breach of contract.
