Housing Hub Dadders Properties True scammers, thieves,beware,deposit stealers, dishonest fraud St. Paul Minnesota

 I can back up everything this person is saying & more. I am a victim of Joe Collins & Tom Gallagher under their company name Dadders Properties. Unfortunately these criminals have started another business, Housing Hub that they can also use to take advantage of people & rip them off. Theyve been allowed to treat people like this & rip them off for over a decade. Someone needs to start a petition to present to HUD & the Mn Attorney General & whatever other state agency that can & will investigate Joe Collins & Tom Gallagher, & talk to ALL of the people that these owners have scammed & have ripped off. They should not be allowed to receive HUD money & they should not be allowed to run any business in any area of real estate. To anyone & everyone-Do Not to hire or trust them or their companies.  We are champions of following the Federal Fair Housing guidelines. Housing Hub is a Property management company- not a property owner. We manage the assets of many owners. If a persons qualifications are below a certain threshold, they maybe required to pay an additional security deposit because of their credit risk. This individual likely fell into this category. As for the return of the security deposit - without knowing the specific unit, it's difficult to comment on the condition the individual left the unit. Our Maitenance staff are thoroughly vetted, drug tested & wear uniforms. Most repairs are completed within a few days. ALL Housing Hub Maitenance vehicles have signage. We have NEVER been in trouble with any municipality. Our staff is as diverse as any small business around.
