Houston Choice Mall, DEA Auctions.com Deceptive and Non-responsive Spring Texas

I purchased DEA Auctions under the explicit suggestion they were "the" official site for Government and police auctions.
I was encouraged by the "90 day" money back guarantee and the fact I could pay with PayPal.
Within days of purchasing the program, I realized it was not offering what I was specifically looking for..Seized RV's for sale by auction.
I immediately contacted DEA for assistance with locating this type of product and all I ever received was a computer-generated reply to my emails that someone would reply with assistance within 24 hours.
After several days of attempting to contact them, I became concerned and contacted PayPal who launched an investigation.
Several days later, PayPal advised me by email (as well as DEA), that PayPal cannot intervene in these types of transactions (intellectual property) and that they were closing their file on the matter.
Withinh minutes of this email, DEA blocked my access to their site.
I paid 149.95 for a lifetime membership and so far, I have not received a refund and I still have not received a single reply from this outfit.
Furthermore, their 90 day guarantee stipulates in their fine print that after exactly 90 days, if you are not happy, you have only 24 hours to apply for a refund. They never respond so what good is that?
I believe the United States Government should be concerned that this company is "officially representing the United States Government" and not offering genuine product and customer service for the money paid.
I want a refund for myself and any other pour soul who has been duped by this website.
