On Tuesday the 30th July 2013 Mr Dishman came home to deliever power scooter prescribed by my Dr, & approved by medicare complete plan of AARP/United Health Care.

upon delievery, he made me sign on 11 total blank pages on electronic screen! I am in a very poor physical & mental conditions off & on more or less periodically, 

I asked why am I signing 11 or so pages blank?

Mr Dishman from hoveround scooter said this is normal procedure, I should not have any due concern at all.

But, how about my copies of these blank signed papers? He said if I want they wu\ill send by mail later!

Next day 31st of July 2013 I spent  whole day calling all those telephone #s I had in my caller ID for Hoveround Scooter Co. even asked for a Supervisor, all the time got connected to lower level staff members or technicians.

When I asked if the person was supervisor, answer was NO, but then why am I not being connected to a Supervisor?

answer: There are non!

Finally in the late afternoon a person named Mr Scott Linsy (as he said his name was) after my bsistance to know his name, the guy (I doubt is what he said) told me why I need to have the paperwork for? I said I have signed almst a dozen whole blank pages.

He told me there is some technical issues with their system. I asked him which # I can get hold of him?

He gave me 1-800-964-6837 option 2. I immediately call the # & upon puting me hold for 30 minutes the operator said there is nothing such as option 2.  when I mentioned that Scott Lindsy gave me this # to call, 

She thought I was kidding or something was wrong with me.

I am feeling so helpless now & do not know what to do, whom to talk to, I am scare legally, as I have been made sigb those blank pages.

Please help me, I am more depressed than before. I cannot sleep. I have found out from a friend that there are thousands of complaints against this Company, even some very reliable source told me that he is favored highly by  some Law Makers at Federal level, so they do not give a d----m about the consumers.
