The Australian version of FinCEN found - its in the business newspaper called the Weekend Australian - the biggest Australian bank aided child traffickers, organized crime and even (wait for it) Al Quida as it investigated this "legal ethics board" for passing information to criminals. Bowles' board of directors came from a bank regulator called APRA and were from the same accountants, KPMG, who had red audit alerts on the bank's dealings with actual terrorists and, says the newspaper, Al Quida. They're on the State Department list and this Bowles tried o find names of the SEC officials - Mary Jo White prosecuted Bin Laden and her prosecutors found Al Quada and international bank crimes. Currently pension plans for state employees in California Texas Mass and Colorado filed a class action against the Commonwealth Bank of Australia because the bank hid these international bank crimes from the SEC. Aren't these State of Victoria officials 'foreign officials', and if the answer is yes, was Dr Peter right to report them to the SEC for breaching 18 USC 1513?
