A little later and the passage of time is less clear to you; you can be sure only of the pressure on your chest and the effort expended with each passing breath.  The situation pervades you.  "Pressure will now slowly increase until you either tap out or pass out," I state matter-of-factly.  Anticipation wracks your nerves and you are completely overwhelmed by the helplessness of your present condition.  You are left with no option but to wait for the pressure to build---waiting.

After some time, the increase in pressure becomes perceptible to you.  The increase is far too slow to be realized at the time but your breaths are noticeably more labored.  Aching fills your chest and slowly spreads to your entire body.  As the pressure builds the struggle for breath becomes your only focus.  Now the pain is almost unbearable to you but yet I tighten my grasp on you.  Determined not to tap out, stubborn survival is your only motivation.

My thighs clench your chest---literally choking the very life out of you.  Bursts of sudden and imperceptible pressure nearly break you in half moans and groans begin to pour out of you as they would a little b****.  "No talking; no noise," I remind you unemotionally.  As unbearable pressures mount and mount, you use your last, thin gasp of oxygen to slam your hand to the ground.

Released, broken, and gasping for air you slowly rise to a seated position.  Your face, darkened and red, slowly regains its prior tone.  Having just lost control completely, you feel refreshed and renewed.
