HP (Hewitt Packard) HP PHOTOSMART Premium All in One does not work properly Palo Alto California

I purchased the all in one being on a limited budget and trying to get a business going I needed equipment that could do a variety functions for the best price. I was con'd by the sales person at Office Depot that HP are the best. I told him I tried HP before and had nothing but problems and had to return it for another brand. He assured me that I would be happy with this piece of junk.

I have installed, unistalled and reinstalled this 4 times twice on each printer. It will work to scan the stuff I need to scan only once then it will tell you it doesnt recogonize or is not connected to the computer.

I have to unplug the printer from the back of the cpu in order to turn my computer on as it will hang up the start up of the computer.

I am disgusted as I can not return the piece of junk to exchange it for another brand. This is causing me more hardship as I do not have the money to complete the work for my business by going to Kinkos nor do I have any extra money to buy another brand. HP will not do a d**n thing to help all they want is their money and if we are fools enough to buy their products then they can sit back and laugh at us. I think they should be shut down and liquidated like Chrystler was at least HP would deserve it and the people that they riped off could sit back and laugh at them for a change.

I do not recommend buying ANY of HP products. They are the biggest rip off out there.
