HP Instant Ink supply ink for printers
*Author of original report: It’s a scam

HP Instant Ink is actually HP instant RIPOFF. Do not sign up, in fact stay away from HP. Not only were they charging me for 18 months after I’d thrown their crap printer in the garbage, but they weren’t even sending the d**n ink. I tried to cancel several times, when it finally went through they put through another instant payment the next day.
They did kindly refund me for 3 months including the one that went through after the cancellation!!! So I paid for ink that I did not receive for 16 months and they will do nothing about it. Stay away from the HP instant farce.

It’s a scam

Yes I did sign up for it and received the ink while I had the printer, which I tossed in the garbage because it was a piece of crap. I canceled my subscription, they stopped sending the ink but wouldn’t stop charging me. I contacted them many times and they just kept charging.
I assumed once I went through the 3 or 4 supervisors they’d refund me, but it’s a scam. As soon as the cancellation finally went through they charged me for another month anyway and would only refund 3 months, so it was actually only 2. They’d charged my bank account for over a year!! It’s a scam, convenient but not worth it!

You signed up for a subscription service that charges a fixed monthly fee. In fact, that's the entire point of the goddamn service -- you pay a monthly fee and they send cartridges when you run out of ink. So if you don't use your printer, they won't send you cartridges, since you still have ink! Not really a difficult concept to understand, is it?
If you don't need to print anything, why the hell did you sign up for the service? You sound like the kind of irresponsible idiot that only checks their bank statement once every two years and signs up for s**t without even bothering to read a description of the service.
