H&R Block Bank, HSBC, Emerald CardH&R Block Bank Aka HSBC Aka Emerald Account Services Several transactions, deposits made and no balance to prove it they stole $200 from us Nebraska For Emerald Card Kansas City Missouri

We had two deposits apply to our account, both are reflected on the account transactions. One, a refund for a prepaid car rental that we cancelled (because the company wanted additional money unlike it was advertised to us) and Secondly, a cash deposit made at a western union location for $200 ( these transactions are back to back.. tuesday we requested the refund,wed we deposited the money). We call the automated system daily to check our balances, and online. Well, unlike other banks, H&R Block bank online account information conveniently does not show the resulting balances on another column ( i.e, after a specific transaction takes place the equivelant resulting balances for each transaction does not show at all, only the present balance at the top of the page, which even if you're using a calculator, never ever adds up to the penny either.) The issue we're having is that both deposits have not shown up on our available balance yet.

First,on may 19,we requested our refund from the car rental company that told us was issued immediately, so we then called to verify with H&R block which we were told would take up to 3 to 5 business days. We then, on may 20 deposited $200 cash at a western union. The only amount we've been credited for between the two amounts is the $141 refund,and that was done on the 20th,the very next day, however we never have had the $200 cash balance reflect, and the representative is the one who confirmed this information! Pamela the rep with H&R block stated she would speak with her supervisor and have the money credited on our card within 24hrs, "she's researched through and through and does not see the available balance reflecting the $200 although it states the transaction was made, she understands our frustration and is very sorry."

However 3 days later I call back because pamela the rep stated she would have the money back on our card in 24hrs,which it was not! and the supervisor I was transferred to that I gave the whole story to, first stated that it was "western union's fault" that I needed to contact them! and then when I told her I have the MTCN number still and the receipt, all I have to do is call them, but its showing that you all received the money because it reflects on the transactions on my online account with H&R block online! well, then she came up with another excuse as to why the money isn't there and states well you had other charges on your account that deducted the deposit, well NO that's not the case either I'm sorry I keep track of my finances lady and I've received direct deposit with your company for over a year, any amounts deducted came from that, but not a single credit for that $200 that I've been awaiting and checking for EVERYDAY! even your rep confirmed and appologized for this and said she would have it put back in 24hrs!!! well again she puts me on hold to "research" and says " oh, sorry, just look on your statement online and you will see the $200 cash deposit transaction" and proceeded to hang up on me! well I know the transaction was made, that's not the problem!! the problem is obviously that OUR BALANCE has not reflected the TRANSACTION!!!

TODAY IS MAY 29!! this is like behind the scenes robbery from the bank itself!! I have had direct deposit with this bank for over a year now, and I cancelled it because of this issue losing my trust completely,just today, and previous smaller amount issues with the exact same cause, once we deposited like $600 and it took three days for a cash deposit to show,and only because I called again with the same complaint, however they fixed it right away!Total crooks!! I told my brother about this, and he said I should of asked him before signing up, his crooked ex girlfriend RUNS 3 branches, and she's on drugs, and he's put a restraining order on her, as well as my brother's neighbors because of the neuiscence she causes awakening their children all hours of the night!! he says these are the kind of people you have handling your money? so, now that I've learned the hard way, I've cancelled my direct deposit for the future, but have yet to get my money back! I'm sure they do this to more than just me at this bank.. why else would they so conveniently have their online statements set up as such without the itemized balances reflecting after each transaction and only the present balance at the top of the page!!

This company needs to be taken down.. I hope to hear more stories out there and put together a law suit of some sort this is just crazy! I want my money back, I have four babies mouth's to feed, and I don't break my back for crooks like this company to prosper off it!
