Hr Block Bank riped me off and misleading information Kansas City MISSOURI Internet

I am wanting to file and complaint regarding Hr block bank . I am a long time user of hr block tax services.And every year I have went down to my local hr block tax office and applyed for the early christmas loan as i did this year. And i was approved for the loan just as i was last year.During the loan process i was asked a qusetion in quote " mrs hyler would you like to opt for auto pay where the first payment will automatically be taken off your loan so you wont have to worry with rembering to pay we will auto matically pay the 40.00 to hr block bank out of the funds from your loan.

my reply was yes. So after i called the number on the back of the card to check to see if my loan money was deposited sure enough it was . So i went and did All of my shopping.As I did every year that i have been getting the loan. And about a month later janurary 2009 i recieved a statement in the mail saying that my a payment of 40.00 dollars is due on janurary 15. I had no concerns being that i was told that the 40.00 dollars was taken off the funds the same day i got the loan.

well another month went by and i got another statment but this statment said that there was a past due balance of 40.00.That was due in janurary and they never recieved it .I dont understand that if they told me that they would pay the 40.00 dollars automatically out of the loan that i got why on the statment does it say that it is now past due in feburary 2009. Well this is not the end of it .On the feburary statement it says that i have an over limit ammount of 42.98.

I really dont understand this either because on a website by hr block one of the faq was can i go over the ammount on my card and the reply was no you can not go past the ammount that is funded to your card . well if i am not mistaken that is false information. Now to top it all off i went to the hrblock office janurary 26 2009 to file my 2008 income taxes and wanted to get the rapid refund which i was told that it would take up two days for my refund to appear on my card .

So i wated for 2 1/2 days before i checked my emrald card and nothing was on there . So i called my local h&r block office to see what the hold up was and they told me that i was denied for the rapid refund . And again i am not understanding how i got approved for the early christmas loan but was denied for the instant refund loan.both of these are loans and i am not understanding if i was approved for a loan early on how can i be denied for similar loan.

Plus they told me that it would be 8 to 14 days and it has now been 12 days Which would put me getting my money on the 13th of february but i call them again just to be sure that it was going to be the 13th and now they told me that it would be the 17th on the 17th of feburary it will be 17 days.That is another false statement told to me by hr block and hr block bank.
