HR Block Emerald Card Fraud, Terrible Customer Service Kansas City Internet

In November of 2016 I was fraudulantly billed by UHAUL for approximately 94.00.  I contacted H&R Block who transferred me to the fraud department.  I explained the issue at least five times to five different people with heavy accents before even getting to the fraud department.  I then waited on hold for 48 minutes to speak to someone.  The woman I spoke to stated she was setting up the claim and emailing me paperwork to fill out and fax back.  I received the email and sent the paperwork back.  I was told I would receive a provisional credit within ten days and the claim could take 45 days to complete.  Today is February 16, 2017, to date I have received no credits to my account and no correspondence on this claim.  I called H&R block today and was transferred to dispute resolution who stated they couldn't help me and hung up on me.  I called again and asked for a supervisor, I had to repeat this step three times as I was continually told I was being transferred and instead I was hung up on.  Finally, I spoke to a supervisor who basically told me she couldn't help me and doesn't know what I should do.  This is unacceptable.  I've contacted a lawyer.  I understand 94.00 is not a huge amount but it is the prinicple of the matter.  I've had to contact customer service several times for different reasons and find the staff to be rude, unhelpful and unapologetic.  I will be canceling my account and using a traditional bank from now on.
