H&R Block, TAXCUT ripoff Internet

I purchased Taxcut 2004 and was having some problems inputing. Support options were to receive tecnical support. I downloaded and later followed a FREE listing printed on their report: 503-626-5844. I was further refered to tele: 952-253-8558. Both numbers furnished by their technical staff.

I called the FREE listed numbers and recoginized I was being held on the line needlessly. Within days I received my MCI statement and was billed for calls to the above numbers. MCI response to my inquiries stated "We have thoroughly reviewed your account and our research indicates that no credit is due because of the frequency and duration of the calls.

Further asking for clarification on the telephone numbers, details of the calls are not available as they are PRIVATE NUMBERS"

H&RBlock has refused my continued request for correcting the problem.
