H&R Financial Services aka Alpha-Omega William "John" Heckler, Richard Ruegsegger I was conned for $4,000 in loan mod scheme Ontario, California

William "John" Heckler and his colorful partner Richard Ruegsegger ripped me off for close to $4,000 dollars.

I had so many reservations about these people but a former client of mine (Hugo Rodriguez) who was one of the managers there insisted that his company was for real. He said to me (more than once) that this company was so effective with loan modifications, the banks were "afraid" of them.

When I met William "John" Heckler (the owner) he just came across as used car salesman, saying that he loved to "help" people and he was a devout christian but it was  Hugo's insistence that really got the best of me. I've paid these people close to $4,000 to modify my home and 1 rental property, they wanted to be paid upfront.

Basically after I paid them they just sat on the paperwork for close to a year and did nothing. 

Our situation with the bank quickly deteriorated along with our credit, our homes went into foreclosure, but Hugo always reassured me with a big smile: "Your case is going very well"  Just days before the auction sale of my home I had to hire another negotiator to save our home and pay another $2,300 in loan mod fees, that's how well it went.

I've petition for our money back numerous times and we never got it, I remember their assistant apologizing for the lack of action and total disregard for our case, but the thing is that these people done this to hundreds of other people, surely my family meant nothing to them.

Mr. William "john" Heckler, his partner Richard Ruegseggar, Monique Aguilar and Hugo Rodriguez are just habitual liars and scumbags they never cared for anything other than themselves. Those people belong in prison.
