HR Imaging Partners Bait and Switch Internet

Tonight was my daughter's first high school dance, a Homecoming event. The kids were in their finest. HR Imaging, the company that took their school pictures just last month, was offering photo packets of the kids in their dance outfits. They sent home an envelope with several packages listed, along with their prices. Since I had just spent $40 on the school pictures, I chose an inexpensive package with a single 5x7 and a couple of 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" photos for $6.

When I picked my daughter up from the dance, she gave me back the envelope and told me that the photographer would not honor the advertized price of the package, but told her if she could come up with $9 more, she could get some photos.

There was nothing on the pre-printed order form that would indicate that the $6 special would not be honored. After just spending a ton of money (for us) on school pictures for 2 kids, all we wanted was a simple momento photo of our daughter's first school dance, not a whole new set of portraits.
