Hrayr Mirzoyan HMC Holdings, Inc. Coral Gables Florida

 I am the CEO of a telecom company in Florida. We were looking to have Mr Mirzoyan create a sales platform. What we were asking for was complicated but Hrayr Mirzoyan came highly recommended. We placed Mr Mizoyan on a monthly retainer. He was responsible for development, implementation and paying all of his personnel. For many months we had an excellent relationship and worked was performed on time and exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, things changed, deadlines were missed and when it was finished the work was very buggy. For a period of time Mr Mizoyan would even spend day and night in our main office to prove things would improve. They got worse. We started to receive calls from his staff that they had not been paid for several months. Mr Mirzoyan denied it but provided no documentation. He was immediately fired. We attempted to receive compensation from him but he never responded. He has since moved and changed phone numbers. Emails sent were unanswered. Attempts to find him have have proven unsuccessful. We have found out recently that he is working for a Miami based cruise line. How he could be hired by anyone is beyond me. If anyone is going to hire him do not. He caused immense issues within our company that took months to fix.
