We purchased a "remanned" transmission from Tom Jr. To begin with putting new tubes and spraypainting the transmission is not considered remanned. I was told on the phone that he stood by his products and we would have no issue with it. 

Well this "remanned" transmission was a dud, so we sent our parts runner back 2 hours to Wisconsin to swap it out, seeing as Tom Jr. stands by his products and all. When our runner arrived at the location he was greated by Tom in a very unprofessional manner. Apparently you should always be aware of when Tom Jr's planning on taking his lunch because if you show up when he is, you'll be greeted with a lovely "f*** off".

Tom Jr told our parts runner the he could "f*** off and wait until he got back from his lunch" and proceded to drive away leaving our employee quite aggravated as you could imagine. We tried to talk to Tom on the phone however all the only message he conveyed was "f*** off". He wouldn't have a conversation like a normal human.

So I turned to the office, hoping that one of the much nicer ladies would be able to help. And she was able to help. We informed her that we no longer wanted anything from them but our money back. She agreed to cut a check for the full amount to us. 

Tom Jr returned from his lunch, obviously in no better of a mood, and immediately insulted our parts runner. Our employee was once again told to "f*** off" and informed that he would not write a check for us.

He's a very angry and repetitive man, which leads me to question several things but we won't get into that. Still dealing with this issue as we speak. Tom Jr. won't answer any calls. We've done business in the past with this company, but that was before Tom Sr. passed away. It seems as if Tom Jr. is doing everything he can to run his fathers business into the ground. 

Highly suggest staying far away from this company. The man is incapable of having a conversation without turning into an angry teenager.
