HRS USA provided financing when I purchased my 2003 Yamaha motorcycle. I paid it off in 2004 but they never notified DMV or wherever they need to so i have been unable to get a pink slip. I would like to sell the bike but can't show I have clear title with the pink slip.

Why did you wait 7 years?

You have to Register the bike every year with the DMV, and your registrations shows any Lienholders that may be on the bike. So how you didn't at least attempt to take care of it then when you saw that they were still listed.

Did you call the company? If so what did they say? If you haven't why not?

If it is a case where they don't exist anymore, then contact the DMV and ask them what you need to do in your case.
