I HAVE BEEN WRITING TO HRS AND LEAVING TELEPHONE MESSAGES AT HRS SINCE 3-13-2002. I PAID MY ACCOUNT OFF IN FULL AND ACCIDENTLY OVERPAYED THEM $300.22 AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED. THEY SUCK!
