H&S Towing Inc. H&S Towing Inc. Overcharging for services Harrisburg Pennsylvania

This company overcharges customers, and will NOT admit to it, or refund my money. on 9/17/2018 I contacted this company and spoke with a dispatcher. I infomed him, that I was a previous customer, and I was charged 315.00 for a tow last month. He states due to traffic is might be more, because it was on a weekend, initally. So, we discussed having the semi towed after hours.

I called the location where the truck was, and informed the service tech, H&S towing will arrive to have the unit towed to Carlisle, PA. The Penske repair shop is within 3.4 miles from H&S Towing. The destination is exactly, 23 miles from point A to point B. The unit was picked up at 4:30pm it has been veried/released by the service managetr at Penske, along with my GPS tracking device that is installed on the truck. It arrived in Carlisle exactly 5:14pm 

I was charge $551.00 3 1/2 hrs the Manager Ken claims. I explained to him, the charge shouldve been 315.00. I will even give them a extra hour. I called, he didnt want to correct the problem, knowingly, he lied, and was being dishonest. I want my refund of $236.00 

I have proof, and he knows that it didnt take 3.5 hours to complete a 23 min tow, along with travel time back and forth. Again, if you claim you charge from the time you dispatch, the Penske truck place is only 3.5 miles away from your business. Surely, you cant blame it on traffic, this isnt New York by far. The first tow I had last month, was a further distance, outside of Harrisburg. I was charge 2 hrs.

I'm tired of these companies taking advantage of people, just because they think no one will call them out on their B.S. and poor business practices, cheatinf the consumers. I work very hard out here in this industry, and I will be taking my business some place else.
