HSBC Auto Fiance is the worst company that i heve ever dealt with. I have 2005 Sturn Ion1 Fianced throught them.I got behind on payment because of lost hours at my job my car was repossed at the end of March 06, I got the vechicle back three days later I was to ld by the repo deparment that I would not have to pay any repo fee at all and my next bill would not be due until May 10.I was few week late paying my may bill becauseI had been working a new job.
HSbc called me the first week in june to tell me they were geting redy to repo my car again. i rushed down to walmrt and made aprils payment now Iam three mounths behind again.
Anyway i finally opened my mail I owe Hsbc over 1700 I was charged all thes late fee and emours amount of repo feees I have called and called Hsbc and havent got anywhere.I cant even image why i owe them that much.
Niow im hiring lawyer. I just dont know what to do. If any one can help please help me. They have also not taken any interst of my car for five mounths so somebody please help me

Aside from your horrible spelling and English, I don't see a problem here. You're consistantly late with your car payment, you've had it repoed once, and have been late since then, and you have the nerve to say that they are the worst? Come now. You certainly can't believe that they are at fault here, can you? Nobody can be that naive. You can't honestly believe that anyone would take pity on you because the 'big bad finance company' is going to repo your car for the 2nd time!
The only help you'll get is from yourself. Pay your bills on time. Yes, HSBC IS a horrible company to deal with, but in your case, they've done NOTHING wrong. You're 3 months late! Trust me, if you pay them, they'll go away.
