Promising $250,000.00 and enclosed was a check drawn on FPC Distribution, Elkridge MD for $4,900.00, for payment of the "non-residents Canadian Tax", so you don't need to put your money upfront! Tax payable to tax agent Joan Cross, 4246 4th Ave, St John NB, Canada, E5B4T8.

I research the "Claims agent" Mandy Hill or Bill Jay phone # 1-905-781-3609 and it was unlisted but was a cell number. Researched FPC Distribution and they are a holding company. When I researched "Consumer Promotion Draw" found "Ripoff Report".

Not quite the same information, however simular. So I called the bank the check was drawn on, PNC in Maryland. . ..Yes it is a scam. and the bank clerk was nice enough to tell me . ..please don't deposit the check. Glad I found this web site . .use of familar names made it sound almost plausible. Glad I checked it out!
