Signed up for GM Flex Card after receiving a low interest rate solicitation in the mail. Paid off two other credit cards with their money. Never received a first statement. Then they wrote that I was late and had a late fee of $39.00. I called and made a payment by phone and it cost an extra $15.00.
The next month still no bill in the mail. Another letter saying I was late with another $39.00 late fee and a huge payment. This has been going on since 9/07 when I signed up. Even when I pay to current they send me another late letter saying I owe more money and more fees. I don't know how to stop this. I have other cards with HSBC and now they have raised their interest to over 30% even though I am never late on these cards. HELP!!
They are ruining my credit.
