Well me and my husband went to the lawyers office about a week ago, and HSBC'S lawyer talked with us about this and that..it took 6 1/2 hours to do this in. My lawyer was explaining to us that because of Missouri laws that we can only sue them for harrassment..in which we are looking to get maybe $10,000 but my lawyer will get 33% of that..which leaves us awhole lot of not much. If there is anyone out there who knows Missouri laws can you please get ahold of me on the ripoffreport.com..I would love to know if this is true or if my lawyer has been bought off by that no-good for nothing mortgage company. Thank You
