HSBC - Nautilus I Have been done a severe injustice Prospect Heights Illinois

Let me begin by saying a have an awesome credit score which i have worked very hard to get... Well, you all have gotten off easy as far as i can see.. just listen to my story i think I have a case. I purchased my bowflex after months of careful planning. I ended up buying it over the phone and as was said before they only gave me the option of using hsbc at the time! So ended up getting all parts and accessories for this machine for what the sales man said would be no more than $40.00 a month (we will come back to that later)! I agreed but interestingly enough never signed a single paper fishy i know.. well they had most of the accessories and parts on hand but some had to be back ordered so i had to wait somewhere around 3 weeks until i had all parts and accessories in so i could begin my task of assembling my bowflex. I began and as i worked i found that unbeknownst to me some of the parts where damaged either in shipping or handling of my product well i made note of that and finished my assembly! I intended on calling first thing in the morning to complain but as luck would have it i was sent away on business! After two weeks away i returned and naturally forgot about calling anyway i started using my bowflex and found it quite nice the only thing is i found when doing most arm exercises my right arm (which i had extensive surgery on a year before) felt like a tendon may come loose and my nerves in my right hand began to act up! now it is important before one jumps to conclusions to note that i had in point of fact been working out regularly at a gym 6 months after my surgery and never with free weights had i ever experienced this sort of aggravation and pain! Well thats not the end of my pain its been a year and ive used it on and off because of my hectic work schedule! My troubles began when Hsbc said thy wouldnt do anything for me in the way of returns so i tried e-mailing them but to no avail. i have even offered to pay both shipping and handling costs to send it back and clear my account but they still say no! Whats worse is everytime i call to complain i get some guy in India So Elizabeth your either lying about where you work or your an Indian. now im not racist but there are few things i hate worse than trying to communicate with someone that doesnt speak English! I know you have all been there and heard that so ill end it by saying please for crying out loud if you work at hsbc hire English speaking people For The Phones... and after all this frustration aggravation and physical pain i find that they have been gracious enough to raise my monthly payment to $75.00 instead of the $40.00 I agreed upon! Elizabeth if you are out there you need to have someone write you a reality check because you obviously dont understand whats been happening under your very nose! Credit card companies and lending agencies are all crooks as far as the American people (consumers) are concerned! What happens is we are fed a bunch of hooha until we get tired of dealing with the sales and rely upon good old fashion trust as a consumer im obligated to trust the agencies put in charge of my financial well being but i like many others have been screwed by these lending agencies. Now I for one find it hysterical that after the government bailed out all of the seemingly crooked bankers and credit agencies with MY and other taxpayers Money they have the audacity to turn around and charge me the consumer who just helped to bail them out some exuberant price for borrowing what can only be described as my the consumers own money what the heck is wrong with the lenders today! You have single handedly screwed the pooch with practices like that i give big lenders a year no 6 months before they are belly up asking for more hard erned tax payers money. Oh and by the by Elizabeth why if you work at Hsbc and deal with these kinds of people .. people that by your definition are so far below yourself in all ways...if you really were better than all of us then why in the world are you reading these reports and bothering to leave messages for the poor ripped off souls which encircle this site to read and utterly write you off as credible oh and by the way you were conversing with the above ripoff -ee I can believe that you work for Hsbc! How you treat your customers shows us all a little glimpse of how you treat yourself! good day
