Using the bill pay system on this company's web site I scheduled payments to be taken from my checking account at least 7 days before due date. The company site claims that the payment will be posted on a certain due date and payment will be made on or before the due date.Each month this is not the case and a 29.00 late fee has appeared on each bill.

I scheduled Decembers 2008 payment 12 days in advance yet still I am billed a 29.00 late fee. After further research using search engines on the Internet I have found that I am not the only victim of this absolute fraud. If you go to Ripoffreport.com you will find hundreds of people with the same issue. If you search the Internet regarding this company you will find thousands upon thousands of complaints about this companies fraudulent late fee charges.

I want this company to reverse all late fees on this account since its origination and then give me a balance of the account so I may pay it in full after the adjustments have been made. If the company decides not to accept this offer I will be going to local news stations and the US Attorney Generals Office asking them for an investigation of these fraudulent late charges.

I will file a complaint as well with the banking commissioner as well as the FTC. I have a perfect credit history and have never ever paid a bill or have been charged a late fee in my life. Here is the response I received when I called the customer service number on my statement" you can sue us if you would like". I never mentioned suing them.
