HSBC Retail Services Harassment phone calls will not stop and they will not work with you at all City Of Industry California
*Consumer Suggestion: Return the item
*Consumer Comment: What do you want them to do?
*Consumer Comment: So...
My husband has been out of work for a few months and we had no money to pay our bills. Our promotion expiration date on the item we bought at Best Buy will not expire until Sept. 2010. We could not make 2 payments due to being out of work and HSBC Services has been calling everyday to get money out of us, which we Absolutely Do Not Have. They will not listen to us and will not help in any way. We had never been late before with our payments to them.

#3 Consumer Suggestion
Return the item

Well, if you bought the item and you cannot pay for it, you can return it. Make sure your return is documented in writing and move on. They will hopefully stop phoning you if you return the item. Sometimes we have to understand that until it is paid for, it s not really ours. Sorry, but his may be your best option. I would make sure I had a witness when it was returned. If it is a large item, thye can come and pick it up.

What do you want them to do?

You bought something on credit and are now 2 months behind. You are claiming that they are ripping you off because they won't work with you.
So exactly what did you want from them?

So you have the item and now can't pay for it?
Heck, talk to the government, maybe they will bail you out.
You not being able to pay your bills is NOT a Rip Off
