HSBC Retail Services ripoff no resolution after six months Wilmington Delaware

I thought I was buying a couch with a special promotional rate. Three days later, the store (Storehouse Furniture--part of HSBS Retail Services) called me to say they were declaring bankruptcy and would not, could not deliver it, and that I was still 'on the hook' for all charges.

When I called HSBC they put it into dispute and forgot me. I call every week, and one of their reps has said that I owed the money and all fees EVEN though I NEVER received anything.

I can not get any help. They just send me form letters with empty promises of resolution but nothing happens.

They are Rip Off artists. All I want is my account cleared and then closed.
