Bought a Tracfone from HSN. They claimed it came with 1400 "free" minutes. Transferred my number to the Tracfone with no problem, but...nothing worked afer that. Unable to receive the "included" minutes. HSN refuses to call and try to correct the problem. Told me to call, I can't. The phone does not work and by transferring my number to it, my old phone no longer works. "Simply Wireless", the provider, webite has been down for over a year. There are multiple complaints all over the internet. HSN has to be aware of the problem, but continues to sell this scam. I even went to the Tracfone webite and bought more minutes, hoping I could call and fix this mess. Those minutes did not make it to the phone either. Totally disgusted and frustrated.
