HTE Northeast Liars and Cheats Bedford New Hampshire

HTE Northeast is an enviromental inspection company.  They have terrible bookkeeping methods. Their contract was signed by my boss.  They were paid by the company I worked for in two payments. They continued to send a bill even after copies of the funds paid by the company were sent to them. They sued me. I do not know when or where.  I was only an employee and had no financial responsibility.  The law suit was not sent to my personal address or to the company address so I had no knowledge that I had been sued until today when I found they had managed to find my bank acount and took all the funds in the account. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.  They are dishonest and sneaky. I am retired but now I have to hire a lawyer and sue them for the damages they have done and the return of my funds. 

They also wrote the Phase 1 report in such a way that they had to charge an extra fee to return to reinspect.  This was another few hundred dollars.  It was an obvious racket however my boss decided to pay it. This amount was included in the seond payment to HTE. All funds were paid to this company.  Just another company with bad bookkeeping and a dishonest attitude.
