Quote was way off ("approximately can fit the stuff of a two bedroom apartment"-NOT TRUE), charged me more than double from my quote and pretty much kept my stuff hostage until I paid. I even asked them to not ship my stuff because it was so much money and they said that was not possible, the timing of delivery was way off, some things that needed to be packed right were not and some tiny things that did not need much paper had layers and layers of it, our shipment took 3+ months. This company did not honor the $150 rebate they offered on their website. My e-mails were ignored and when I called "Mr. Cohen" he screamed histerically to me and hanged up repeteadly the phone on me. If this is not rude, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior then I don't know what is. They only want your money and they are very nice until they have it then they don't care.

 

A lot of funny, strange business with this company. I am reading in other posts people complaining that the two people running this company ripped off a lot of people off before with another company owned by the same two: david rico and derror balletti (Now known as Dan Cohen) they are former owners of echo trans world. Investigating that claim I am shocked at what I am reading, pretty much my same experience. I will continue my quest for justice and will continue making complaints with whomever is willing to listen. That was my experience with them anyway. Do your homework before you book with a moving company, sadly there are too many scammers out there.
