I want to buy a Virtual Credit Card for this i search google and found this website http://www.Buyvcc.in they are offering cheap VCC(Virtual Credit Card). I need to verify My Moneybookers account that's why i need the VCC(Virtual Credit Card) to Verify my account. I tried to use the "Add to Cart" button to purchase the product "Reloadable VCC (Valid for Any Country)" which is 18 USD only. When i check out and try to pay using My "Moneybookers" i have an error saying wrong merchant id so i goto the support and told them that Payment options are not working after 2-3 of this i got an Email from them say " Customer Support: do you want to pay with moneybookers? "then i came back to there website and start live chat with them : Below is the 1st part of the chat:

after 10 minute later they told me i have paid 17.66 i have to pay again i told them i will sent 1 usd no problem they told me i cant pay that way i have to pay now 19 usd for this they will refund the last paid amount i told them ok no problem rrefund it i will pay you then . After this they told me i have to pay 1st after my payment they will refund me i told them ok then i paid 19usd again and told them to refund the last paid amount and give me the VCC details after this they told me i have to pay now 100usd again for reload it but they have price list where you can reload 10 to 1000 usd i told them i dont want to reload 100 i want to reload 10 they told me this time the card is not same mine and the reloaded one i figure it out its fake i told him to refund the last 18 usd he now tell me its not possible after this i told him to give me the details of the VCC i will reload later he told me he cant give me details without paying 100$ after this he left the chat. This is my payment details which i got from moneybookers after paying the amount.

Buyvcc.in is a complete scam. You pay for eBay, PayPal accounts or even VCCs and they never provide you.
I paid with bitcoins and stilll have yet to receive anything. He will respond to you at first on skyple, but once you send, they will ignore you.
This thief has many bad reviews against them. Do not deal with them ever.
