http://ionizerresearch.com is deceptively marketing themselves as an unbiased third party review site when it is actually funneling consumers into purchasing Tyent ionizers. The owner involved, Rob Gray, is a known partner for Tyent USA and is a very deceptive internet marketer.
There is no mention or disclaimer on the website that the products which they recommend direct you to affiliate sites in which they receive commissions for. I'm pretty sure thats illegal.
They are purposely misleading consumers by omitting important purchasing and pricing criteria such as electrolysis chamber plate size and overall engine size while hyping other specifications. They viciously bash their competitor Enagic and purposely omit important criteria such as engine size which dictates pricing and performance.
The owner of ionizerresearch.com, Rob Gray, is a known partner for Tyent USA and their Evontis ionizer line as well. There is no contact information on the site, just a fill in form. The "About Us" section on the website is empty.
This website needs to be taken down.

Tyent Ionizer Reviews, Recommendations 3rd party sites, water ionizer awards, consumer guides are all SCAMS
AUTHOR: Tyent Water Ionizer Didn't Scam Me! - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, February 01, 2018
Tyent ionizers are a complete scam. Don't trust these people, the fake reviews they put out. the books they slap fake doctors on, the awards they give themselves - just don't trust them at all. They are just out to take your money. How many fake sites do you need? Well Tyent water ionizers thinks they needa ALL OF THESE:
http://www.ionizerdeals.com/
https://www.discountionizers.com
https://www.ionizersforless.com
https://www.ionizerking.com/
https://www.ionizerworld.com
https://www.greenproductscompared.com
My son researched into all of this for me and found that they are crooks. WHy would an ethical company need to cloak themselves and pretend to be a bunch of other sites if their product is so good? Knew something was fishy about their ionizer deals website and my son cofirmed it

Tyent Water Ionizer Scam BBB accreditation is a total sham

THIS COMPANY RIPS PEOPLE OFF BY PRETENDING TO HAVE MULTIPLE REVIEW SITES AND MAKING UP FAKE AWARDS. IONIZERRESEARCH.COM AND TYENTUSA.COM ARE BOTH THE SAME THING! ALKALINEWATER.COM AND WATERIONIZER.COM ARE ALL OWNED BY TYENT! WE TRIED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB - BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, BUT THEY DO NOT CARE. THE NEW JERSEY BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU DOES NOT TAKE COMPLAINTS THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ON THE BBB. THE BBB ONLY CARES ABOUT THEM PAYING MONEY TO THEM AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER.
WE WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A UNIT AND THEN FOUND THAT TYENT WATER IONIZERS OPERATE AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS WITH MULTIPLE SCAM LIKE TACTICS TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THE OWNER IS A MAGICIAN WHO TRICKS PEOPLE AND DOES THE SAME THING WITH BUSINESS. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE BBB DOES NOT SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN. THERE ARE LOTS OF GOOD ALKALINE WATER COMPANIES OUT THERE BUT TYENT WATER IONIZERS ARE A TOTAL SCAM. LOOK INTO THIS COMPANY AND IT IS CLEAR THEY ARE ONLY OUT THERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY LIKE A MAGICIAN TAKES A BUNNY OUT OF A HAT.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Tried to complain about Tyent on BBB, but...
AUTHOR: karla - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Monday, July 10, 2017
They won't even post my complaint! I thought that the bbb was supposed to be on the consumer's side but they are in it for the money! As long as companies pay their fees they don't add complaints. This new jersey office should not be allowed to have the bbb title. They will not post my complain about tyent water ionizers on their site, so there it is:
Total scam - they told me on the phone that their sale would end soon, but I looked back on their site weeks later and the sale is still on - how long can a sale go for? They just change the excuse for the sale and keep the slashed prices? How is this an accredited business when they say that their units cure cancer on their site? "I began treating my body with Tyent alkaline water and by the time of my post-mammogram follow up appointment, my tumor was gone. It vanished." https://www.tyentusa.com/learn/alkaline-water/testimonials/ My dad thought he could buy this fake kangen water for thousands of dollars and he was saving all of this money but this company just pretends that they can cure cancer and that people are saving so much money but they are LYING about the sales and unsubstantiated claims. This company needs to stop taking advantage of people and try to live up to their bbb accreditation! I thought this A+ accreditation was supposed to mean something, but NO. This is obviously all about the money. Stop taking advantage of people and giving bad names to kangen. I am NOT a Kangne dealer, but my dad was looking for that unit. This company tries to lie cheat and steal and it makes so much sense that they have a fake third party website. How does this happen? Where are the morals of this country? This company tries to trick you into thinking that you are getting this amazing deal, but they use this trick all of the time along with promises that their tyent will cure everything.

Tyent Water Ionizers and Ionizer research are the same thing - Scam Alert!
AUTHOR: Tyent and Ionizer Research are SCAMS - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Friday, March 03, 2017
Tyent Water Ionizers tried to open a MLM company called Evontis and it failed. This video shows their corny attempt at a viral video. Look at 19 to 20 second and 47 seconds and you will see Bob the water ionizer guy from www.ionizerrsearch.com This guy was horrible on the phone to me - He talks over you and is super high pressure - Tried to get my mom to pay 3k on a water ionizer that was rated as "the 2016 best water ionizer" which is a total lie. He talks bad about other companies which made me think he had something to hide, so I researched into this company and the Tyent water ionizer he suggested (suggested really isn't the word - he more like shoved it down my throat). What is more is that www.TyentUSA.com has units always on sale! They change the type of sale, but it is a total scam. You should be ashamed of yourself tyent!! Do not trust tyent water ionizers or the ionizer research company - They are not even on the BBB! Avoid these scams at all cost.

Fake complaint, not factual
AUTHOR: kramer123 - ()

In the complaint the person says the http://ionizerresearch.com/ionizer-ranking/ website does not give plate size but in the above link it does say that the tyent MMP-11 has 385 sq inches in plate surface and the enagic SD-501 has only 285 sq inches. I think Enagic is ticked because tyent's aggresive marketing stratagey is hurting Enagic's sales.
I find its best to deal in facts, this is becoming a competitive market. MLMs like Enagic (Kengan) are struggling with the internet reaching and educating people all over.
Another mis stated thing is that there is only a contact form, I do see a phone # on the website.
I'm not sure if the website is affiliated with Tyent , but doesn't matter is just presenting some facts .
I think the complaint was filed by an Enagic seller (my opinion) , thats worse that the slander to this Rob gray guy.
