I placed an order, I paid to have the order shipped express delivery 2-4 business days, the order did not arrive in the allotted time, nor was the order fulfilled the day I placed it, in fact, my order was not filled for several days. I received an email from the company (actually several emails) stating they were taking extra care to get my order ready. When my order finally arrived it was-as I'd expected-a bag of wigs! Nothing special, no extra care.

I contacted them immediately after receiving an email confirmation stating my order was being processed, this was one day after I'd placed the order. The email stated they were getting the order ready.

I knew the order would not arrive within 2-4 day (that I paid extra for) so I told the company I'd be sending the order back.

Now they are saying they are going to charge me a restocking fee as well as an additional shipping fee? Yet this is the FIRST line from their return policy on their website?
