On Dec 26 2013 I purchased an unlock code from htcunlockingservice.com.That was a big mistake.Before the purchase i asked them that i had a Htc One for Sprint and if they can unlock those.The employee told me yes.After the purchase I get a FAKE CODE which i cant even enter.After contacting them i was told my phone was Hardlocked this is their answer so they dont have to deal with you.I then contacted Sprint themselfs and was told that there is no way to unlock by code and only Sprint can unlock that phone and last that I was scammed.Htc unlocking service has a 100%money back which they do not honer.They would not refund me and told me they can give me a free unlock code.After a while I had a Htc One for Tmobile that I needed an Unlock code so i contacted them and they told me i have to pay extra if i wanted that code because again my phone was Hardlocked.I went to ebay and purchased a code for half that price and my phone is unlocked now.Beware these guys are scamming people and DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS

See , I too not believed htcunlockingservice.com first after payment as this takes 12 hrs for me . Then got my unlock code with out isses. We can believe this site. they are genuine.

After new management came to www.HTCunlockingservice.com .They immediatly solved my problem and I was issued a full refund.
