Bought watch from this Chinese website. I did not know they were in China at the time. They offer "replica" watches of expensive swiss watches. I bought a replica of a Bell and Ross BR-01-92. I paid by paypal. I recd. the watch and found it lost ten minutes each day. After much ignored contact, they finally agreed to fix the watch.

Per my on-line chat with Mike, I am returning my watch I bought from you this summer. It has been running about 15 minutes slow every 24 hours.
Kindly repair and provide instructions on replacing the battery
for my future reference. I do not want to return it to China
each year for battery replacement.
I am also not able to set the date. The watch came without
any instructions despite my request.

IT COST ME THIRTY DOLLARS TO SEND IT TO CHINA.
About 7 weeks later I got the watch back. There was no correspondance and I do not
know if this was a new watch or a repaired watch. This watch loses 15 minutes a day.
It is a quartz watch.
Despite 5 different replies via email and chat at their website...I have not received a response.
as to why they did not test this watch for a few days before they sent it to me and what they are prepared to do now. I cannot sell it on ebay as ebay does not permit replica watches on their website.
