This photographer did 3 filmings for me of a documentary. And called me up one day and said he was not going to be in business anymore, he changed his company to JRPHOTOPRODUCTIONS, which used to be JBPHOTOPRODUCTIONS.

Josue Rodriguez which is the photographer, said he would deliver them to me. And never did, don't use this individual for any professional photography, photoshoots, filming. I paid this liar for his services and he still did'nt deliver the goods to me. He literally took 2500.00 from me. And my wife and I befriended this individual and invited him in out home and our lives. we took him on a all expense's paid trip and never heard from him again!!!

I once was a client of this gentleman also and he was supposed to take pictures for my event but decided he was going on vacation the day before the event. He got pissed because he wanted to charge me for pictures he was not taking because of lack of time, and since I didnt want to sign a contract until the contract was clear he said he was not going to take our pictures because he had decided to go on vacation. I guess he didn't like giving explanations on an incorrect contract...

Hi, I will like to input on my behalf for the report created by Joseph Kellner. We know our client Joseph Kellner for almost 2 years. We've done many photography shooting for his hair style business, we have worked in many times with his co-workers and this report is more personal than true facts. First of all, we had given our client the option to sign a "material release form" which is required when we are handing original video tapes to our clients. This helps protect us from any lost or damaged materials handed to clients once it leaves our hands. Client had requested us to send the original video tapes by mail and I personally suggested we meet to hand it in person. Client denied to want to meet with me to receive his original video tapes and in turn client suggested continuously to have me mail the original tapes to his home address. I told Joseph Kellner several times that I can't ship original backups without him signing a "material release form". I still have the tapes and all original material as I do keep backup of those video files.

On August 28, 2008 I departed from Florida to Venezuela for a business trip. I sent an email notification to our client stating I had shipped out to him 1 DVD with the video footage transfer from the original tapes onto a DVD format and 1 CdRom containing all photos from the last project. I sent the job by United Postal Services to his home address. I shipped the client materials out of the Orlando International Airport United Postal Service Center and from there headed to my business trip in Venezuela. I've got airplane tickets to show my departure and my arrival date back to United States. Since I had no phone connection or internet connection in Venezuela, our client went under the assumption that I didn't want to answer his phone calls or emails. I did had access to internet from the hotel in Caracas Venezuela and by the time I got to see the emails, our client Joseph Kellner was already on a fit because he claimed he had not received the package I had sent out. At that time, I had the receipt of payments paid to the Postal Services for the package sent in my car, in Orlando Florida. I replied to the client an email stating I was out of the states and that I was going to get back to him upon my return.

Joseph Kellner went on a series of mood changes and not being very understanding that I was outside of United States he went under the idea that I was trying to avoid his contacts and he also went under the impression that I did not wanted to provide him with an immediate answer to his "lost" or "never received package". Joseph Kellner couldn't wait for my return back to Florida to deal with this matter. In turn, he started to send many disrespectful and very un-professional emails to me, he left many voice mails with disrupting words and many of which cursed me out, he has sent over 7 emails with very angry words, treathening words and I have saved each one of those emails. I have also saved all of his voice mails with treathening words and have all of those records on MP3 audio format.

Joseph Kellner also started to harras me about doing this report on this website and he also stated on many of the emails sent that he will call all of my existing clients to damage my business reputation. Mr. Kellner has created an Issue that has a quick solution, simply sign the Material Release Form and he will obtain his video tape material. I do not see why this has to go onto the next level. What I do know is that I have provided copies of all of the treaths he has made to me, which are now more personal than business and copies of the voicemails are being provided to the Orlando Police Department for review if he continues to behave in a uncivilized way. I can not make contact with Mr. Kellner as he is not well on the head. I have about 3 clients of ours whom also have had issues and other similar situations with Mr. Kellner and they are all ready to testify on my behalf. All of my clients own Hair Salons on the Orlando Florida area and Mr. Kellner has worked for them at their salons. They have told me stories about his behavior and this is just a person that is lacking attention.

My resolution to this problem and to resolve this situation is very simple: Client needs to sign a material release form which we can provide either by fax or though a lawyer firm and then upon him signing the release, we will gladly release the original tapes. Whether Mr. Kellner has received his package or not, I have no doubt that he has received the package we sent. If the package didn't arrive to his house within the time frame he was expecting, that's not our responsibility.

My request: I will like to seek ways to resolve this issue, which to me is as easy as providing the client his requested video tapes but client must sign a release of material to us stating he has received a total of 3 mini-dv tapes.

Copies of the emails sent by our client from day one are available upon your request. Just as a note: We never had any signed contract for the services related to this project. Me and Mr. Kellner had a very good business relationship until the moment he went off-the-line with his actions and his unprofessional behavior. I will still honor the services provided to Joseph Kellner by providing the original tapes with the condition he understands that there will be no person to person interaction. The entire transaction process will have to be handled by an attorney and this attorney will hold the mediation to this issue.

An additional note: Mr. Joseph Kellner stated I closed down my JB Photo Productions corporation and took his materials. That information is incorrect. The corporation was closed last year because of a change on the ownership of the business. It went form JB Photo Productions, Inc. to JR Photo Productions, Inc. way before this project got started. I have copies of invoices given to Mr. Kellner for other photography jobs which state our new corporation name way before this issue took place. So that information posted by Mr. Kellner is completely incorrect.
