I am the person accused in this report and can confirm that today, Marc Gruninger and the Balance Hotel were served electronically with a formal claim letter for defamation, as per the provisions of the Pre Action Protocol for Defamation Claims in the UK. Claims are being made with regard to losses made as a result of Mr Gruninger's egegrious behaviour.

Re: Formal Claim Letter for Slander and Defamation as per the Pre-Action Protocol for Defamation Claims in the UK.

You should treat this letter as written to you under the pre-Action Protocol for Defamation claims under civil procedure system of this jurisdiction.

As I represent myself, I am legally obligated to set out my claims against you and give you 14 days to issue a formal response in which you can either make the amends suggested in order to resolve the dispute, or deny the claim – in which case it would be my intention to file claims for damages in the High Court for slander and defamation whilst requesting aggravated/exemplary damages from the Court due to the seriousness of the conduct shown by the Gruninger family in this matter and outlined in this letter of claim.

You should not do nothing. You are being sued.

For the record - Marc Gruninger published these blogs with a malicious intent to damage my business after he did not like us writing reviews causing an estimated ball park figure loss of at least GBP 10,000 to date which can be documented to the court.

It should be noted that the public have the right to write reviews without intimidation by business owners, but in this case Marc Gruninger resorted to defamation, stalking, spying, associating with unethical companies and insulting my wife in his efforts to portray his pain and misery onto myself.

His other actions (for the record) include:-

-Making a You Tube video calling myself sick and twisted whilst hurling insults at my wife. There is proof of this as well as a sound recording of the words spoken by Mr Gruninger, should he deny the allegations in Court, this file would be presented to the Court for review.

-This video was then posted onto the Balance Hotel Facebook Business Page whilst Mr Gruninger wrote insulting and defamatory content in front of their public following.

-In my opinion, Marc Gruninger has an alcohol problem as well as issues with abusive behaviour and I would ask any Court to order a full mental health evaluation as well as access to medical reports from his doctor.

-It is also noted that there is much additional evidence of defamation, insults, lies and malicious behaviour in the form of email logs as well as testimony that Marc Gruninger has made to a third party – namely Theresa Weiss.

-Some of these claims label me as delusional, mindless, malicious, ‘a small time crook and fraudster’, a charlatan, a fraud and worse. There are many screenshots of these statements which show that Marc Gruninger has shown a reckless disregard for the truth. Marc Gruninger also admitted being emotional and not objective in some of his statements and are documented as ‘rants’ containing insulting, sarcastic and rude statements.

-Marc Gruninger also published a blog on a site run by Gregory Evans, which labelled me as a cybercriminal. He also posted videos insulting my wife across numerous Austrian run websites.

-Marc Gruninger also attempted to extort Eur 400 from us via his lawyer, in which we were threatened with court penalty of Eur 5,100 if we did not pay.

To avoid further claims for defamation Marc Gruninger and the Balance Hotel Badenweiler – within 14 days - are required to:-

1 -Remove all offending content from the internet as documented in this letter.

2 -Make a sensible offer of damages to Free Spirit for loss of income. It should be noted that money is being claimed specifically in relation to lost income due to Mr Gruninger’s behaviour and not to remove any content or review

This payment would be made as a donation to Keys to Immortality to the Paypal account (redacted for privacy)as a gesture of apology for the damage caused by the reckless making of insultative statements.

A suggested amount is GBP 5,000, which is a generous offer given that the documented damages are greater and shows that I am willing to offer compromise – something that I am legally required to do before filing formal claims with the Court.

Marc Gruninger and the Hotel Management may want to consider that exemplary damages can be for a much greater amount – along with the cost of legal fees, which I would ask the Court to order Mr Gruninger to pay.

3 - Unreservedly and sincerely apologize for the conduct mentioned in this letter. This apology will be accepted as a statement beneath any posting that cannot be removed, such as a Rip Off Report.

4 – Upon the completion of 1-3 (to Free Spirit’s satisfaction) as a separate, voluntary and additional act of goodwill – Free Spirit will remove his disclosures about Marc Gruninger from the internet and mark his complaints against the Hotel simply as ‘resolved privately’. If there are any reviews, they would be removed in the spirit of goodwill.

Free Spirit will then formally release Maria and Marc Gruninger, along with the family business Balance Hotel from any further legal liabilities in any respect. Naturally, Marc Gruninger would then agree to discontinue stalking, tracking and other questionable activities which he has been discovered doing.

There would then be a proper closure and full forgiveness on both sides.

Should the Balance Hotel and the Gruninger family find this proposal not acceptable, they are instead required to file a formal legal response, in English, and within 14 days.

Naturally you should seek specialist legal advice, but this represents a good and constructive Offer and incentive to resolve disputes out of court. The level of wrongdoing will otherwise justify a significant award of damages to compensate Free Spirit and Keys to Immortality.Com for the egregious, insulting, defamatory and malicious conduct displayed by Marc Gruninger and his mother Maria Gruninger - who is ultimately fully responsible for all claims and liabilities with regard to her hotel – regardless of her secondary role in the defamation campaign embarked on by Marc Gruninger.

For the legal record, Maria Gruninger was made aware of the concerns, given that she is the owner of the hotel and instead was noted to have responded with insults. She was also informed of her son Marc’s egegrious conduct and chose not to take action, except to threaten ‘prosecutors’ and other similar things. For the record and for the Court – it should be noted that several attempts to resolve the matter with the Gruningers informally simply resulted in further malicious defamation on behalf of Marc Gruninger, the entiriety of which is detailed above.

If you do not exhibit a constructive approach to this claim, the consequences are stark. Claims for darnages, including aggravated and exemplary damages and injunctions for libel and harassment will be brought against you in England and Wales, and enforced and registered internationally as appropriate. These claims may be filed toward the Hotel or any or all of the individuals named.

You should be under no illusions that modern English civil procedure allows for service internationally by electronic means and orders to internationally trace and freeze relevant assets including monies held in bank accounts, property and business assets owned by the Gruninger family to prevent it being dispersed prior to a damages order.

You may also be summoned to appear in the High Court in London to answer for your conduct and should you lose, significant damages (and costs) would be awarded against you for malicious defamation. The Court should also note that the Hotel is an asset owned by the Gruninger family and an asset that could be subjected to an international Court Order.

Aggravated, special and exemplary damages would also be requested given the damage inflicted upon the business of Free Spirit by the offending party Mr Marc Gruninger, and it would be shown to the Court beyond doubt that Marc’s motivation and conduct in this matter was dishonourable, respect-less, egegrious, motivated by pure malice and distaste for the work of Free Spirit. It would also be noted that Marc Gruningers conduct inflicted considerable emotional distress to the wife of Free Spirit after she was insulted and harassed by Marc Gruninger on several documented occasions.

It would also be shown that these behaviours were condoned and encouraged by the owner of the hotel - Maria Gruninger – even though she was informed by email on several occasions about the gravity of the situation she did nothing to stop the behaviour.

It should be noted that other businesses that behaved similarly, ultimately settled on very unfavourable terms – albeit privately -  in lieu of an expensive court process.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible and in any event within the pre-action protocol response period of 14 days

Self-Represented in Legal Affairs

I am the person named - Free Spirit - and have spent several months gathering evidence of Marc Gruninger's egegrious conduct. He is being served with a formal letter of claim under the Pre Action Protocol for Defamation and Slander Claims. This claim letter, which Marc and his mother Maria will be served with formally, will document in detail the instances of abusive and egegrious conduct and give him (or his legal team) 14 days to respond and during the 14 days Mr Gruninger or his legal team will have the opportunity to formally apologise for his egegriousness, to make amends and to agree to an out of court settlement proposed by myself. Should things not be resolved, the matter will then go further.

This is a necessary part of the legal process that the Courts insist upon to see that the parties have worked to settle their disputes informally where possible. If Mr Gruninger were to become insultive in that process, or continue with his conduct of abuse, he could be found in contempt of process and/or additional damages may be awarded against him and his establishment - the Balance Hotel.

Given the severity of his conduct, special and exemplary damages are also being claimed, on top of the standard damages for defamation. This is because Marc's behaviour has been shown to be motivated by malice and thus attracts claims for aggravated damages and there is substantial documented loss of income as a direct result of Marc's abusive conduct.

Marc also made an insulting video about my wife, the sound file of this video is also part of the large body of evidence to show to the High Court in the UK, should this matter go to trial. In my opinion, Marc Gruininger is a menace to female users of the internet and some people have indicated that he may have an alcohol abuse issue. I cannot comment directly on that, but I would ask a Court to request a medical disclosure.

He was also found to have been in secret communication with another company behaving similarly, who cannot be named for legal reasons as the matter with that company and myself is being resolved privately and without prejudice to / or admission of fault by -  any party. However, Marc Gruninger was found to have been inciting legal harassment in the US by telling lies that were then used in a judicial proceeding and engaging in undercover surveillance with false social media profiles and the like.

Marc will be summoned in due course to appear in the UK High Court, although the Courts in the UK have the power to seize and freeze any international assets - and can order special injunctions to deal with further outbursts by Marc Gruninger, or can order Marc Gruninger to appear in court before a jury about the matter.

This Marc guy is crazy. he doesn't know where the guy is, was told not to bother with sueing yet he insults him, he treats him like crap and then picks on his wife. This is total stupidity. Then he somehow thinks that he can do all this stuff and the guy will just take it? He is making blogs and websites right now by the look of it. Did this Marc guy somehow think he wouldnt? He also knows where the hotel is. It cant just get up on legs and run away. I cant imagine what kind of response this Master is preparing but i am sure it will not be a very pleasant one. Like Mr.Anonymous, he makes himself accountable for spreading more lies like stating I've been stalking them for a year, and calling his wife sick and twisted. Mr. Anonymous as an accomplice and Free Spirit himself have given me even more evidence that will be held against them - posting a photo of myself on here stating 'This is Marc Gruninger, He is a stalker', and accusing me of using Fake ID's are only some of the new false accusations that will expand his history of unfounded slandering of reputation of people and companies. 

You should really look for the definition of Cyber Stalking, before you accuse someone with these big words that once again 'prove' something. You shouldn't even talk about Cyber Stalking, given the fact that you, Mr.Anonymous, have posted a photo of me you from a youtube-clip on here and researched my personal Photo-Projects in order to try to make patholotical Statements about my condition.

First of all, I have never stalked anyone on the net or hacked into someone's accounts. If you think that checking out someone's personal Websites, Blogs and Public Social Network Profiles is Cyber Stalking, I can't even take you seriously one little bit. Taking Screenshots of the Accused's Websites to back up clear evidence on here is more than legitimate FYI

Secondly, if you had looked at the Screenshot I lastly posted more thouroughly I wouldn't have to respond to your absurd accusastions. I didn't take the screenshot in November 2014 but only a few weeks ago - it clearly shows I'm on a Website called 'Wayback Machine' that enables one to research any Website content since the beginning of time as everything is archived on that Site. Web-Archive Sites like that one are very helpful in this particular case, as Mr. Free Spirit has the tendency to take off and change content very regularely. For instance, Mr. Free Spirit ( who according to his website in nor 'permitted to lie' ) stated earlier this year that ' on January 14th he went into lifelong silence and completed his work as a Spiritual Teacher' and all his teaching would be through his books and self-study material, and an assistant would answer to all email inquiries.

A few weks later he changed the date of going into 'lifelong silence' to February 1st. If you look at his Website now, there's no more mentioning 'lifelong silence' - he says he was called into deeper silence by spirit but already offers one-on-one Skype Session and VIP-coaching packages again. So much about 'consistency' in his stories. Regarding 'malicious intent' - Mr. Free Spirit (as shown as one of my screenshots) created several accounts on Google+ (at least 3, one under the name Keys to Immortality, and 2 under Free Spirit) in order to write more slandering reviews on Businesses, like Power Places Tours, that would naturally have a bigger impact on an overall rating. That not only violates Google policies but also makes it pretty obvious, who really has 'malicious intent' and an agenda of slandering someones reputatution to the max. On a side note, no real 'Spiritual Master' would EVER act this way.

So please stop making yourself look like a fool Mr. Anonymous, continuing writing about 'prove' and 'evidence' and come to conclusions that can be debunked in an instant. So in your opinion I'm a criminal and a mentally disturbed psychopath, but since your opinion is obviously for the birds I can live with that. Please make an effort and redefine these words so you will be able to apply them appropriately next time you use them.

Your last post has implicated yourself in cyberstalking. You state in your report that you heard nothing from the accussed and his wife until Jan 2015.

So why were you taking screenshots of the accussed website in Nov and Dec 2014?

Why have you gone to great lengths to watch these people over many months?

This was almost 18 months after they last contacted you or wrote any review. It proves that you have been stalking them and premeditating a vicious attack on these individuals over a long period of time, individuals who did nothing other than to stand up to your bully tactics. You then picked on a female, the wife of the accussed, and verbally abused her in a video.

In a court this would be considered malicious criminal intent. There is evidence of a strong motive behind your actions, namely vicious hatred, along with reckless disregard for truth and defamation with malice. Then you make false accussations about the accused, accussing them of crimes that carry 10year+ prison sentences. In my opinion Marc Gruninger is a criminal and a malicious stalker. I also believe you are displaying behaviour that makes you look like a mentally disturbed psychopath.

Free Spirit is just a small Con-Artist that has not only been exposed but will be held accountable for his lies and blackmail attempts over the years! He likes to throw around with big words and statements such as ‘evidence’ and ‘facts’ - all of it which is based on lies and he can’t back up at anytime. Further ‘evidence’ that was brought up by him and Mr.Anonymous were a screenshot of the Hotels Website that was google-translated in English so my name  would automatically turn into 'Marc Green Inger Soll’. He than has the balls to accuse me of using Fake ID’S around the world. Further ‘evidence’ is Mr.Anonymous is coming to the conclusion that I have mental issues cause of my choice of words I’m using in my Rebuttals. Another ‘evidence’ is that Mr. Anonymous tries to make a point that the Accused is the good guy because he’s wearing white clothes and I am the bad guy cause I’m wearing a dark T-shirt on my Website Photo. WOW - I’m blown away by your ‘evidence’! 

Mr. Free Spirit, who’s actually birth name is Paul Marsh, is a small time crook. He’s so in love with the idea that he’s a ‘Spiritual Master’ that he and Mr.Anonymous need to mention it every single time in emails in desperate attempt to intimidate me. ‘I picked on the Master’ so I gotta live with karmic consequences that will bring me pain and suffering. Is this guy for real? He continuously throws around with a court case when he’s the one been hiding away for years. In 2013 I notified our lawyer for a first time - I was told that this is not worth the hassle as the whereabouts of the Accused are unknown. Something that Free Spirit himself wrote in several of his emails to me: ‘in order to sue me you or your lawyer first need to find us, we do not live in Germany’. In other words, Mr. Free Spirit isn’t registered anywhere or has an address. He’s hiding away, which is possible as the EU countries have open borders. Which will bring you to some more, final facts about the guy..

The Accused keeps throwing around with big statements like ‘libel’ and that there will be a case for ‘defamation’ of a Public Figure (that would be him). He also not only rubs it in to everyone’s face that he’s a Spiritual Master, he also wrote in an email (as another ‘clear evidence’) that it wouldn’t make sense to spend 2 years on blackmailing me and the Hotel for 500EU when he makes this amount in a mere day with his Webstore. In other words, Free Spirit must be very wealthy according to my calculations. Yet he doesn’t have a 100$ to have a professional Website but uses a free/low-cost Wordpress template. He’s also so wealthy that he’s on the biggest Website of House - and Pet Sitters, where he’s looking for a long term situation for HouseSitting in Portugal. Which explains the fact that Free Spirit is hard to be found and doesn’t have an address. I will upload a photo in case he’ll be removing this link:

Last but not least I will upload a screenshot dating back to December 2014 of Free Spirit’s Webstore. Again, without judging the prices on there ( that he justifies with the ‘high value of his message’ ) I will let anyone come to their own conclusion. For instance, you can click on the basket if you wanna buy a VIP 2015 Mastery Programm with the Master himself for about 147,000 USD or if you just wanted to buy a copy of his most recent book you only need to spend about 3,600$ on that one. 

Having said that, this is the last Statement I will make. The guy will be brought to justice so he won’t be able to longer hide away while being behind his computer trying to intimidate and blackmail people - all of it while abusing the title of ‘Spiritual Master’ and intimidating people with ‘karmic consequences’. Anyone with similar experiences please step forward and feel free to contact me..

Another, final response to Mr.Anonymous who's putting a lot of effort into hopelessly defending the Accused - coincidentally writing in the exact same way as the Accused himself. Instead of responding to me revealing your twisted 'facts' and lies from your previous rebuttal, you choose to continue with more totally absurd intimidations in another attempt to save Free Spirits true face. I will happily keep your last rebuttal to hold against you at anytime I have to. But for now I'm done with you. 

After everything that has been written, said and shown via original emails on this report, it's obvious to every sane person can see who's the 'villain' - and no 100 paragraphs of intimidation, disclaimers or lies can change that. Anyone who will read your ridiculous rebuttals will automatically come to the same conclusion. I will copy/paste your last few paragraphs from your last Rebuttal: 'You believe the accused is doing it to you but in reality, it may be that you yourself want to destroy yourself by abusing the Master and then making out he is the abuser. I cannot think of anything that could possibly cause more pain and suffering.' --> Abusing the 'Master'. I think nothing more needs to be added..

To respond to Marc Gruningers latest barrage of insults toward myself. I would have left the last comment stand but your response is very insulting and obviously so. To begin with, the First Amendment gives me the right to freedom of speech and anonymity, providing that everything I say can be substantiated with evidence.

The first concern I have is in your language. These words appear in your comments, reports, emails to the accused and his wife and some also are spoken by yourself in the video which in my opinion is aggravated slander. Mindless, bashing, sick, twisted, emotional, delusional and intimidation among others. One of your comments also admits that you responded emotionally to an email.

These are words that could be used to describe someone with a mental health issue. We do not know for sure yet whether that is the case, but your responses point in that general direction. Your response also insults another (me!), which gives more credibility to the accussed version of events. What I say cannot be used against the accussed as I have free will and the freedom to speak independently, where legal issues necessitate his silence for now. Of course the accussed was sensible enough to share his evidence with others in case anything untoward were to happen to him, for example if he was violently attacked in the person. Were this to happen, naturally you have made yourself the number one suspect. Others would have all the evidence in safekeeping because of the potential time delay between now and any trial in which the accused would have good reason to expect malicious retribribution. But I would not harm his defence by sharing something without legal permission.

Aggravated slander is when someone lies with reckless disregard for the truth and with malice. As the accussed is a public figure, defamation or slander with intent of malice leaves you open to the risk of massive damages being awarded against you, should you be proven wrong in court. To add to this, you have been found to have systematically worked to have any good reviews the accused made on his sites removed. You admitted to watching him on Facebook (which is stalking) and have now launched an all out attack on this individual from what appears to be an irrational state of mind. It also looks like you are making yourself liable for cyber harassment and cyber stalking. You made a video about his wife and hurled abuse at her. Many things you say about the accused appear to be a reflection of yourself. So it appears that you have abused these people seriously and then want to appear the victim yourself. Unfortunately their are several implications with this.

First you have picked on a Master of spirituality. You state he has bashed other companies. So after working to remove any positive reviews he wrote so you could try and gain credibility you then recite other examples. However in the case of the shop mentioned, there is truth in what was said. You can research FWBO files. There was a situation where a young man threw himself under a train after a gay sex scandal. With regard to anything else mentioned, I do not see how you can have the facts. Instead you try to link these instances together to justify your own actions as without then your defence is weak at best. At worst, it is non-existent.

Let us now look at Power Places Tours. So the accussed made websites after discovering a massive ethics scandal where people lost lots of money. So he had the right to do that. Again, he has the right to freedom of speech. There is also published evidence and testimony from more than 11 people. In one of his blogs he shares how the company lost a million dollars in lost sales. Now I understand that the accused wrote to you during his sincere efforts to make peace with you. He explained in an email how losing a million dollars is not funny when you questioned his actions in this matter. So you knew the accused had made all these websites and you saw the bad PR online about them. Thus you would have also seen his website which states:-

The company of the accussed/the accussed (replaced wording because of legal constraints) operate a zero tolerance policy toward any kind of abuse including copyright abuses, abusive emails or comments - or any kind of attempted bullying or intimidation toward his admins, himself or his family members. Trying to:- abuse, bully, cheat, defame, defraud, harass, insult, intimidate, interfere with or degrade/desecrate the work of, 'poke fun at', stalk, steal from or threaten spiritual teachers is not recommended.

Those who act as such and ignore the above disclaimers are fully responsible for their conduct and any magnified healing crisis (karmic mirroring effect) and any and all resultant effects that may occur in their lives - either at the time or later and no legal claims for damages will be entertained in these instances.

The company of the accussed/the accussed (replaced wording because of legal constraints) cannot be held legally responsible in any way for the consequences of such actions however extreme, inconvenient, embarrassing, deferred or expensive (either energetically or financially).

So Marc Gruninger, firstly you saw how Power Places Tours abused people and lost a million dollars, then you saw this disclaimer which means that by acting as such you take full responsibility for your conduct. You also give up your right to legal claim. So having seen this (you must have done given that you have trawled the accussed website) you then choose to launch an all out malicious attack on the accussed and insulted anyone else that spoke in his defence.

In my opinion, this demonstrates a total recklessness beyond comprehension. You choose to give up your legal right to redress through your conduct, picked on a Master, abused him and his wife verbally, stalked and harassed them, made false accusations about them, twisted the story around to suit your own version of events whilst ignoring the facts, published a malicious video about them and threatened their rights to free speech (if you write more reviews I will write a rip off report).

On the page for the hotel that you admit to managing, you insulted and degraded his law of attraction  book suggesting that a chapter be added on how to get a free hand out. You have neglected to see that inside the book, he writes specifically about how to deal with freeloaders. There is also a blog he wrote about it and a video as well. So you came to an erroneous conclusion without having seen the book in detail.

Now for the most serious part of all. On top of all the above, your hotel is managed by your mother who is named Maria Gruninger. The hotel website states that she is the owner. It appears that she has trusted you to manage the PR. However, the way you handle complaints is to intimidate and abuse the customer. In this instance, in my opinion, you have chosen to gamble with your mothers business over what appears to have been a dispute around bad customer service and insults from your mother at the hotel toward the wife of the accussed.  The accussed then offered peace and suggested a E500 solution which you chose not to take.

Now if you lose this case when it goes to court and are then countersued for malicious defamation, libel and slander of a public figure along with harassement and cyberstalking, your mother is ultimately responsible for what may be a very large legal and damages bill, amplified by the fact that this is here permanently. If you are proved wrong, your allegations can never be removed. So in essence, you have just drastically reduced the value of your family business. If your family ever wanted to sell the business in the future, this PR stuff could be a problem. Every new person that sees the video you made increases the damages that could be awarded to the accussed. The accussed has an online business with a worldwide reach. So your abuse has reached the point where you are hurting your mother financially. She, Maria Gruninger will ultimately have to pay for what may be serious errors in judgement on your part as she is ultimately legally responsible for the hotel and its affairs. She also appears to be aiding and abetting harassment and defamation with malicious intent. In plain language this means she is assisting criminal behaviour (yours). She also has shown poor discernment by allowing an emotionally unstable person to manage her PR.

If the accussed wins and proves malicous intent, your family might have to sell the hotel to pay his damages. So a E500 customer service dispute could become a E2, 3 or even a E5 million problem for your family business - more if you have someone do something violent to him or his wife. The accused tried to explain this to you in his offer of peace but you ignored the advice and chose the warpath. In doing so, you have chosen a path of self-destruction, big pain and big suffering for you and your whole family by ruining their business (through your own actions) and creating a PR disaster that can never ever be erased. The pain and suffering you could bring to your family may be for life.

Once your own business contacts in the US and Zurich find out about it, your other businesses may also implode. Thus you have just created yourself a potential massive financial loss if you lose. You saw how it happened to Power Places Tours. This is why the accussed had the disclaimer above on his website. Here is the important bit again;-

Those who act as such and ignore the above disclaimers are fully responsible for their conduct and any magnified healing crisis (karmic mirroring effect) and any and all resultant effects that may occur in their lives - either at the time or later and no legal claims for damages will be entertained in these instances.

The company of the accussed/the accussed (replaced wording because of legal constraints) cannot be held legally responsible in any way for the consequences of such actions however extreme, inconvenient, embarrassing, deferred or expensive (either energetically or financially)

Wow, that is a big gamble. You are gambling your whole family business in order to continue to pursue your own personal vendetta against the accussed having discarded your legal rights in the matter. Even worse, depending on which court in which country hears the case, you risk a long custodial sentence yourself. Malicious harassment of a public figure and his wife is a very serious criminal matter. If something happens to the accussed, your hotel and your family will also be thoroughly investigated and will obviously be number one suspects. If mental impairment is proven to the court, then you risk being institutionalised.

If you lose this case, you risk many years of pain and suffering, both emotionally and financially. You chose to pick on this individual with full awareness of what consequences that may entail. Some of your own decisions in this light could be seen as insane or delusional. In  my opinion, it would require a delusional mind to wantonly destroy a family prestigious hotel business. However, you had 2 years to think your choices through and now you must experience the consequences, whatever that may be. You believe the accused is doing it to you but in reality, it may be that you yourself want to destroy yourself by abusing the Master and then making out he is the abuser. I cannot think of anything that could possibly cause more pain and suffering.

It's hard to believe that the Accused gets himself into even more dirt, and that all publicly here on Rip Off Report. First of all, in response to the 'Legal Representative' : Please add your name or the name of your law office including address before anyone can take you seriously..

Now to the 'Anonymous' person, coming forward with so much 'evidence' and 'incosistencies' in desperate attempt to make it seem like I'm entangling myself in contradictions : First of all, thank you for pointing out my Typo - I accidentally wrote 2013 instead of 2012. But luckily I attached a screenshot of the Accused's first blackmail email where the date is clearly visible and says Novemeber 2012. But I applaud you that you found a typo so you could throw around with big words like 'inconsistencies'. 

The lies in your rebuttal are so evident It's almost tragic for you. I urge everyone who reads this to check out the 'libeling' video I put up on youtube - a video where I merely read Mr.Free Spirits original Emails and things I see on his official website. Even if that comes with a tone that apparently comes across as 'mocking'. Never once do I insinuate anything about the 'mental state' of the Accused nor do I say 'They are sick'. I clearly talk about their behaviour that is 'very, very sick' - which is the opinion I stand by today, even more after reading these pathetic rebuttals on here. The same goes for the 'abusive' emails that the Accused's wife had received from Hotel Management in 2012. I have the original emails still but would like to urge Mr.Free Spirit to upload them here. Hotel Management also only calls their BEHAVIOUR 'ill-mannered' - and that only after continuous efforts from the Accused and his wife to get an UNFOUNDED 100% refund for their stay and multiple trashing reviews written on Online Portals. Also come forward with the Hotel's lawyers Email that was sent to you to pay E400 to the hotel to avoid court judgement for E5,000. Please and thank you!

The Accused has a history of trying to twist things around and make himself look like the victim, when evidence is so clear that he is the only one who INTIMIDATES people - and all of it in public. Please feel free to check out his website and other sites he specifically dedicated to bash Power Places Tours. Although I have no interest in judging whether the case with that company is legitimate or not, I'd still wanna point out that the Accused is the only person here that attacks companies on the Internet. It wasn't only Power Places Tours, but also a Store called Evolution Stores in England. He made some serious allegations against them including Gay Sex related things. He has taken it down from his Google+ profile but I'm happy to upload a screenshot in case Mr.Free Spirit tries to lie about that, too..So I've nver gone on attack mode but eventually decided to speak up and expose a self-proclaimed 'Spiritual Master' with his very own words..He says he tried 'resolve the matter peacefully'..unfortunatelly that could not be further from the truth. There hasn't been one email where there hasn't been some sort of attempts of intimidation. In one of his latest emails he even warned me about his 'metaphysical abilities' that he could use in dreamscape if someone was intrusive..y'all come to your own conclusions..

So wait - it doesn't make sense for the accused ' to go through a lot of trouble to get 500EU when he has an online Business selling high-end books'. what kind of argument is that? So that's your evidence to dismiss the fact that Mr.Free Spirit had been trying to blackmail us for 500EU for 2 years? Well done, you're truly an amazing investigator..

But nice try! As clearly evident in this report, there WAY ENOUGH cause that finally lead me to go on COUNTER-ATTACK.

Last but not least, on your desperate attempt to make people belive I take on 'Fake Names'. Really amateur job you did on uploading a screenshot after you went on to the Hotel's official website, right-clicked your mouse on 'translate to English' so that everything including names would be translated to broken english. Please anyone try for yourself and click on the Link of the Hotel that Mr.Anonymous posted on his Rebuttal. Maybe next time you wanna click on 'encoding' and change to 'Baltic Languages' so my name will magically turn into Marc Grätzinger+~, then take a screenshot and make people believe again that I'm Jason Bourne. I hope anyone including yourself can tell how ridiculous you make yourself look like..All these Rebuttals will luckily stay on here so the lies that are being created by Mr. Free Spirit and his 'anonymous' friend will all be used against the Accused..

This is an interesting development.

The accuser Marc Gruninger who made the allegations about the accussed who is also the PR person for the Balance Badenweiler Hotel on the 14th march 2015 appears to now have a new identity on the official website for the hotel.

On 13th march 2015 he was Marc Gruninger, now he is Marc Green Ingersoll.

So this is what this hotel does when they abuse someone. First they make serious allegations of abuse when really they done the same themselves (the pot calling the kettle black). They abused these guests, harassed them, stalked them online (Mr Gruninger was found hiding in newsletters and social media profiles of the accused under fake names), insulted them, threatened them, made a report that can never be removed, accused them of serious criminal offenses on You Tube and then to avoid people knowing who did it, they changed their names. There is a picture attached that shows this is the case.

The same guy is present in both images. Unless a professional photographer has been travelling around the world on false ID, it is Marc Gruninger and the hotel website now uses a pseudonywm to mislead people and deflect bad PR away from them.

I was once a client of the accused and worked with him closely. I was also privileged to be able to see some of the private emails that went back and forth between the accused and Mr Gee as he shared with me. I want to make a statement anonymously in case the individual making the report becomes malicious toward me. The accused has been advised to remain silent for now until a fuller legal process has got under way.

In the interests of consumers I feel it is important to provide some information as to who is making the allegations. I also want to provide perspective without wanting to get involved or judge, but I do see some glaring inconsistency that discredits Mr Gees story of what happened.

The hotel in question is the Balance Bliss Badenweiler Hotel in Badenweiler, Germany. Mr Gee has left this information away from his report so that consumers are not aware of which hotel is involved. Mr Gee is a family member of the hotel as stated in his own google review of the hotel which violates Google review policy under rthe clause of conflict of interest. Mr Gee is a pseudonym for Mr Marc Gruninger. He has a website which portrays himself as a photographer working out of Zurich and travelling worldwide on project. He also says that he specialises in sarcasm, although does not explain in his report what is truth and what may be sarcasm. On the website I saw he was wearing black clothes and the person accused in his original report wears white. The accused has also written books about love, healing and transformation.

That is not evidence of anything in itself but when the bigger picture is put together, the reader will be able to come to a more balanced conclusion as to which version of events may be closer to the truth. So it maybe is that this individual has some deep personal issues connected with broken dreams, mental health and drinking, and the same unresolved issues have led the individual to attack the accused without just cause. 

Again, it is circumstantial and without medical reports it is difficult to say for sure, but when someone makes serious allegations that can result in an individual going to prison for a very long time, one needs to understand the profile of the person making the allegations in order to arrive at a true analysis. The accused would be advised to seek expert counsel in this regard.

In terms of inconsistencies in Mr Gruningers report there are many.

Mr Gruninger states in his report that he was sent a link to the accused very own paypal account. This is obviously false. It is a link to the accused's business paypal account and not his very own. So there is an obvious distortion of fact there.

Mr Gruninger implies the accused would go to a lot of trouble to get E500. It does not make sense given the accused has a business selling high-end books. If the accused was asking for E5,000 or E50,000 then yes there may be a case for extortion, but E500 for being insulted over many emails is hardly disproportionate. So he would have a reasonable demand for refund due to unacceptable customer service. Why would the accused waste his time trying to get a free hand out for E500?  In my opinion, the accused was standing up for himself and his wife.

Mr Gruninger fails to mention how his lawyer tried to intimidate the accused and his wife to pay E400 to the hotel to avoid court judgement for E5,000. As the accused did not pay, where is the court judgement for E5,000?

Mr Gruninger mentions that he heard nothing from the accused for 2 years, yet states an email was received on November 2013. It is now March 2015 which is 16 months later. There is a significant difference in fact between 2 years and 16 months. Such a gap discredits Mr Gruningers claims of persistency, regardless of whether it was 16 months or 2 years

Mr Gruninger implies that uploading a Google+ review is malicious wheareas in fact anyone has a right to write a Google review about a hotel and give opinions or to share their experience. To do that is not malicious. The report above proves that Mr Gruninger used psychological pressure to force the accused not to write a review. I say this because Mr Gruninger states in his own writing that he would upload the video again if the accused continued with malicious behaviour (writing a review). So Mr Gruninger threatened the accused with uploading a harassing video if he would not drop his right to write a review. The accused then writes an updated review and the accuser then uploads the defamous video. This is clearly intimidation.

Mr Gruninger does not state that the truth of the matter was that the accused removed the review as an act of good faith to open up the possibility for an amicable solution via the olive branch agreement proposed. It is not true that Google removed the review. The accused removed it in order to try and resolve the situation peacefully and to give the hotel a chance to resolve the complaint.

I took the time to listen to the video and make recordings of it in case the accused needs a back up at any time. Mr Gruninger fails to tell the public that his own video was in fact malicious and filled with hate speech. It contained statements saying that the accused and his wife were very very sick along with many other insults. Mr Gruninger has also not declared that his family hotel harassed his wife over many emails after she posted a true review, for which she has the evidence that would be disclosed when legal counsel instructs them to do so. The hotel management wrote that she was sick and twisted on several occasions in emails. Mr Gruninger also does not reveal how he insulted the accused and his wife on the page of Hotel Badenweiler Balance. He also does not state how in response to a valid customer complaint, he makes a malicious video about the customers and his wife and then posts it on the business page of Hotel Balance Badenweiler.

I saw the commentary myself and within it stated how Mr Gruninger had set up a ripoff report account and would use it if any more reviews were written (intimidation). The accused and his wife tried to present their case on the Facebook page of Badenweiler Balance and were insulted there also. I took screenshots of all the statements made as well.

There is a lot of evidence to show clear and obvious malicious intent from the side of Mr Gruninger and the Balance Badenweiler Hotel. If my husband was insulted in a hotel and then subjected to obnoxious emails for writing a review, I would insist on a refund. It would also not be unfounded to insist upon refund in this instance.

I would also write reviews if I felt the matter was serious enough to alert other people to a serious verbal/email abuse problem with hotel management. In my opinion, Mr Gruninger has a personal vendetta against the accused and has chosen to do it in public. Because of this he has discredited himself. Mr Gruninger states in the video he does not judge the work of the accused. However, he goes on to ridicule a donation page, the methods of his teaching (his right to silence) and labels him hypocritical. Mr Gruninger mentions bashing and harsh claims without making reference to the facts at hand. Their is clear evidence of rip offs at Power Places. Mr Gruninger makes no reference to these facts and instead implies the accuser is a basher of companies. These things can all be considered judgments.

It is also very clear that the accused made an offer of peace as in the olive branch offer shown in the report. It is also clear that Mr Gruninger does not want peace and has instead chosen to attack the accused online with malicious and defamous intent.

As a legal representative of my client and given the nature of Mr.Gee's commentary it has been deemed necessary to make an interim statement before a thorough investigation can be completed. Once that has been concluded, it would then be possible to present a more complete statement in response to Mr.Gee. However, my client refutes the allegations made.

At this time several lines of inquiry are being followed, some of which are complex and require time to formalize because of the fact that two different languages are involved between the two countries involved. Formal requests for information as well as formal letters to Mr.Gee and his establishment would need to be professionally translated and notarized before dispatch.

It would also be necessary to obtain a court order in order to seek an information request with regard to Mr.Gee's medical records. As Mr.Gee has made numerous comments both verbally and in writing suggesting that my client may have a mental health issue, I would want to make a formal inquiry into Mr.Gee's history in this regard to assist in my client's defence should it become necessary. Once this complex matter has been completed, a full report of any findings would be made available for public view along with notarized evidence to dismiss Mr.Gee's claims, if permission by a court is granted to do so.
