Do not buy from that company. They robbed me recently. I made an order and paid thru MoneyGram. Next day my money was picked up. Despite to this, they cancelled my order and never shipped it to me. They stopped to replay on my emails.

Napsgear IS  one of the more proFESSIONAL .company i found for a long time ON HE NET.. they are very dispo. easy to communicate with. great attitude avail. 24/7 READY TO ANSWER ANY OF YOUR QUESTIONS. the website is clear make it easy for you to keep track on your order.' 

they  are the only one running  weekly comsumer promo.you can vote for a product you like and buy it cheap for the week. their product  are great, strong. and a lot of choice. the shipping is pretty FAST  i received mine is 10 days

You know, u need to keep in mind that you were ordering without a script, Naps has never failed anyone, all I read is good reviews & even when they had their shipping issues their online reps did a great job in keeping everyone informed & answering everyone's inquiries.

They are doing great, shipping times are fast & everyone is happy... I wouldn't order from anywhere else.

I've been using Naps for a long time, have never had a problem, they had some delays & shpping issues but they resolved it & they came through for everyone, nothing but great reviews for them, their shipping is fast & not one person can say something negative about their product line.

Honestly i am very suprised to see bad reports on napsgear.I have been using them for about 7 years and they have always had top shelf products and a+ customer service.Few times i had shipping problems( which was out their control) and they fixed them after i informed them of the situation.I will be a naps customer for life 

I got an order recently in 2 weeks.  Contained everything I ordered and a few extras! Very happy with their service.  I know they had some issues starting around middle of 2011, but every one of the reports I saw said people who hadn't received their packages did eventually get them.  Looks like they weren't lying after all and they made good on all their orders. 

Sometimes things are out of the company's control.  We are talking about a business that is illegal in most countries.  If it's not illegal for you to receive drugs in the mail in your country, it probably is illegal for them to distribute them on a large scale in their country.

I believe naps' story about what happened.  Naps made good on their late orders (sure they took as long as 5-6 months in some cases, but still good).  Many others, including myself have used naps since and we have received our orders in a timely manner. 

Naps seems more solid than ever to me.  I will use them again.

Myself and numerous friends have been doing business with napsgear.net for years. We have all have many positive transactions and their products have proven to be the best around.

There have been times where the T/A was a little longer than normal, but I personally know of no one who has not received what they ordered. Sometimes things happen in this game and many of the issues I've read here are not directly related to naps. Whenever you are using international postal services issues will come up. As bad as USPS is we are lucky to have them compared to the EMS.

I've also found their online customer service and reps to be very helpful and accommodating with any issues I've had. They are easy to contact and will help you work through any issues.

I will continue to use naps until they are no longer in business or I no longer need their products.

yes, even those mother f**kers the admins in Eroids they delete all the reviews and the honest truth about naps gear ripping off there customers ..

they get paid from their sponsor to keep the good words about them, when someone bad mouth them they delete there comment ...



they band me for 3 days cos i was telling every one on here my experience and facts about naps gear and whats going on with and all the lies they tell there customer and lying about the big bust from FEds on 2009 and the new which is happening as we speak started in march 2011..

There is just to many peeps with the same complaint, "we got scammed". Shipping problems since Feb., who is trying to fool who, Ya you got shipping problems but we will still take your money.
