I'm the executive producer of Stenbock Communications In. We are the legal copyright holder and owner of the Helicopter video Mr. Bruce Hogan of http://www.privatepilotdvd.com/ selling as part his "Complete Private Pilot" course. Apparently Mr. Hogan is selling copies of this video which may have been altered and are pirated versions by:

We have put Mr. Hogan on notice to to immediately cease and desist selling this video. Stenbock Communications Inc. vigorously defends and protects it copyrighted intellectual property by all legal means available. Please be advised continued selling of pirated DVD constitutes a federal crime and exposes you to Federal Criminal prosecution. The FBI investigates and prosecutes DVD counterfeiters and those reselling counterfeit DVD.

I recently purchased a dvd from an internet site called privatepilotdvd.com operated by someone called Bruce Hogan 4051 29th Ave. N, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713, United States. The website offered a helicopter flight training dvd as part of the package, after reviewing the dvd , I found that it was the same as a dvd that was produced by Stenbock communications called 'Helicopter Fundamentals' - Flying Consumer What smart pilots need to know, which I purchased from www.helicoptersonly.com a couple of years ago.
Naturally I was disappointed to receive a copy of something that I already owned.
I thought you might be interested to know that this website exists and may or may not be profiteering from your work. The only other information I have is the Malaysian address from which the dvd from allegedly posted, as follows,
