 our room mates and ourselves contacted Sarah white who advertises for cleaning to come and clean the house we shared with another couple. she was to clean the entire house 3 bed 2 bath and we were quoted 120.00 for entire home although she did not come out to see before quote was made. on sat 5/25 she was to be there to do the cleaning. which included vacuuming and steam cleaning the carpets as well. as the basics of cleaning the stove, oven bath tubs, ceiling fans, windows. wiping down walls, etc. sarah stated after being there that she had ran out of supplies and had a family emergency and she would have to come back to finish up. she was paid in advance of the cleaning 120.00 by our room mate who let her in.not sure how long she was physically there. but when we were there on sun 5/26. we looked at carpets which looked like she did something to them but it didn't look steamed cleaned it looked like it was vacuumed. bathrooms were partially cleaned, but still dirty. kitchen stove was done but not the oven. counters had been wiped off, refrig still had food in both freezer and refrig and had not been cleaned at all. ceiling fans were not done, windows we not done.when our room mate contacted her she was unable to as she had changed her phone number. when we finally got thru to her she said she was not coming back to finish the job as she previously stated she would.she said we should of never paid up front for a job that was not finished and it was basically not her problem. Then she will make false police reports sending cops over to your home for no reason at all..Then when people try to stick up for you as her and her friends want to make assassin comments, she then wants to cry harassment. Really? Yeah this is the company I want cleaning my house. and she also took my love seat that we left behind because we had no room in the truck for. We were going to come back for it but when we did it was gone. So the next morning found out that she was selling it on her Yard sale online site for 100.00 when it is not hers to sell. SO PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS WOMAN AND HER COMPANY I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU! HAVE SOMEONE YOU KNOW CLEAN YOUR HOUSE OR A WELL KNOWN COMPANY
