I purchased the internet telephony card from this company on Oct-11-2010 for 20$, It was mentioned that using that card i can talk for 12000 minutes.

But i got surprised that card was over after using only 12000 minutes.I reported the promlem to company around 20-25 times , I called them but till date they have not solved my problem and looks like they are one of the most unprofessional people in the whole world. I want serious action should be taken against their Manager ( Susan) because they are just cheating the people.

I purchased the internet telephony card from this company on Oct-11-2010 for 20$, It was mentioned that using that card i can talk for 12000 minutes. Below is the link. http://www.therichcom.com/carddetails.asp?brand=5157 But i got surprised that card was over after using only 500 minutes.I reported the promlem to company around 20-25 times , I called them but till date they have not solved my problem and looks like they are one of the most unprofessional people in the whole world. I want serious action should be taken against their Manager ( Susan) because they are just cheating the people. Thank
