This bunch of ripoff merchants have ruined my kids christmas .i ordered two sets of headphones on 25/11/12 after waiting the 48 hours as asked for the tracking number and shipping information i emailed to see what was going on no reply i have tried several more times to contact them to no avail.
i contacted the payment centre and got a broken english reply which didnt give me much hope that this was a reputable online buisness i am 154 pounds out of pocket and have no way of telling or knowing weather i will be able to sort this out i will ask my bank to stop any more transactions to these con merchants .
i hope this helps anyone else in this situation i am gutted at this as i am usually so careful if its to cheap its probably a scam should have known better.

I have just payed for goods connected to the above. i have recieved a 'confirmation email' however after trying to contact the website which i bought the good through and reading the previous report on this company i am now very worried! I would really appreciate any advice on this issue and how to contact the above to get some answers to where our 300 of goods is!?
