I thought it was convenient to have my perscription contacts mailed to me. The first month was fine, but them on February 2nd, 2019 the second month arrived and I still had three weeks left from first order. So I emailed Hubble to cancell all future orders, simple as that.
THE PROBLEM - Once they sign you up, they disappear forever, the only ontact you can make is through their "call center" in Davo Philippines. I sent a cancellation request by email to info@hubblecontacts.com. I pled my case and requested an immediate cancellation.
I was replied to by " Sean Irrol" from "The Customer Service Team" who who stated that he was sorry, but could not cancel my account. That has to be done by calling 1-844-334-1640 during business hours. Well, go figure that so, I call the number on February 4th and spoke to someone (did not get the name0 that assured me the orders would be stopped and account cancelled.
Yesterday, February 24th, I recieved an online notification that Hubble Contacts had sent and billed me yet another order!! It pissed me off, the bait and switch game is what they are playing and they make it almost impossible to cancel, once they have hooked you into signing up. On February 24th, this morning, I call the number againand spoke with "John Vincent", also from the Call Center in Davo Philippines and explained my stressful situation with not be cancelled.He said the order was already shipped and that he could not provide a credit to my account, until I mail the ontacts back after I recieve them, he also said that he could see no evidence of my initial phone call to cancel! That's bullshit and I realized these guys are cons. I informed I informed "Mr. Vincent" that if he did not give me an immediate credit, that I will conduct a chargeback with my bank at USAA, which I have done just now and that I would also contact The Ripoff Report to head off anyone else who might fall prey to this company's deceitful and dishonest representation.
DON'T DO IT!!
