Hubshout Do not hire these guys, they will take you for a 3 month term and do basically nothing for your PPC account. Rochester New York

This was literally the worst client experience I have ever had with a company. I signed up and was told it was super easy to work with these guys. This is so far from the truth. I was referred to them so I gave it my all to try to make things work out.

First they have the worst project tracking system built in Cold Fusion which it is my understand the president crated. Legacy is not even the right term. It is a piece of s*** and the most complicated on-boarding a vendor could have. It took 3 weeks to get the right information from them to get set up correctly and there is a lot you have to do on the client-end just to get working with them. Their documentation sucks and they act like you should already know eveything. They have the mentality of developers not marketers. After spending 3 weeks just to get an account started which by the way you have to pay for this piece of s*** system as a sign up fee. I finally got things set up with only to have it not working correctly and then spent another week setting up an additional account for the PPC I needed done by them.

No one I spoke to knows how to manage clients properly, I went through through at least 10 people on each problem on a thread. You cannot get anyone by the phone and when you do they have to look at the same stupid stuff on the thread so it is pointless. You even get emails from there tracking and they speak about you like your not on the thread or reading it making very apparent on how bad their client management  is when trying to trounleshoot the problem.

So let's get to the rip-off because this is just not about poor service it is about the worst service you could ever ask for in PPC or Pay Per Click.

Are you ready...They did not covert 1 sale in 2 months. I am sorry wait they did one on a brand term.   I gave them complete otonomy on the account and only one sale. So I fired them thinking because of such the poor service and lack of experience they would do the right thing and let me out of the 3 month choke hold contract. They did not, so know they will end up with this permanent eye sore which cost over $1000 and nothing to show for it.

One other thing I will add, everyone I work with with exception of a manager was an intern and entry level employee. They have boiler room of interns which if your a small business, guess who will be working on the account.

So good luck when you hire them.

Quick update. Per our emails, I got your email on Sunday and responded during the Super Bowl. I then followed-up immediately Monday morning (yesterday), notifying you that we had run the refund you requested. 

Again, we are very sorry we could not meet your expectations.

Hubshout Review

Well I guess they just cannot go away. I have sent in writing severals times I no longer want to work with them and they still charged me after my term.

Had to cancel my card and filed a full claim against the charges.

Hubshout...Your service and response time was horrible. But the reason I posted to this site is because it was a rip off and you did not perform. I had to fire you and had to spend much more time getting the account in a good place which I did. You waisted my time and my money. The third month you even charge me for when really you did nothing after 45 days of the 90 day term. 

A company that would be honest, would have said sorry we could not make this work out and we will terminate the agreement and not bill you the last month becuase we could not do the job we said we would.

We pride ourselves on high levels of accountability and transparency. With nearly 7 years in business, we’ve had frequent referrals to our company (like you), which we take as a sign that others enjoy working with us. We also believe that happy customers are why we have had such amazing growth. We take customer feedback very seriously.

This is why the entire team was very sad to read your report here. We have, of course, been in regular contact with you over the last few months and know of your frustrations with this PPC campaign. There are also many tickets, emails and phone calls. When you first indicated you were not happy with our PPC service, it was escalated up quickly, and a manager spent significant time on the phone with you. After that, it escalated to the Executive level - and you and I interacted via tasks and email as well.

Again - We are very sorry that your experience with us was so poor that you feel it deserves this review. We honor our contracts religiously, and I had been under the impression that all of our good-faith efforts and honest responses had achieved a better customer outcome here. I will seek out more details from the team.

As always, we welcome any contact from you that you feel would be constructive. We are deeply committed to our customers and their needs.

P.S. We have no interns :-)
